Was in and out. Repairs done in a timely manner.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. I bought a used car from Asheboro Nissan and had to take it back within 48 hours of having the car. Was told that they would take care of it and make everything right, but that is not the case. I just picked up my car last night only to be driving to work this morning for it do the same things that I initially took it in for. They had my car for going on three weeks. In that time I called in twice only to find that my car was just sitting there waiting for someone to call me and let me know I had to call another company about the warranty. I have heard 3 different repairs that they supposedly did to my car in which they havent done ANY of them. Disappointed and angry doesnt begin to describe my situation.

Took 2 hours to get to keys cut and programmed. And arrived to appointment 10 min early. After watching several guys walk back and forth to my vehicle and no one coming to me to apologize for the wait or explain why they were having issues I was told it was ready and that one of the keys could not be programmed. Still no apology or explanation for 2 hours. And amount charged was still the same as quoted for 2 keys and 2 fobs to be programmed. Oh but I did get a complimentary vehicle rinse off. Will never do business here again!

Had headlight changed on my titan cracked my grill mechanic didnt know what he was doing!!!!!
