I have the preventive maintenance on my units and it is money well spent and gives our family a piece of mind as our units continue to get up in age. From the time you talk with Amanda until the final work performed, they are very customer-oriented. Brantley was great today, very professional, friendly, and explains what work was performed. You are given notices when the technician is on its way which helps out when planning to have someone available at the house. Look forward to our continued relationship with this great company.

I recently had maintenance done on my HVAC system. Triad Heating and Cooling did an excellent job. The technician, Brantley, went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered and that the work was done properly. One thing that I believe sets them apart is that they do not do work that is unnecessary. I had an air quality company come out before Triad Heating and Cooling and they gave me a list of what needed to be done. The technicians at Triad went through the list and told me what was important, optional, and unnecessary. I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

They completely replaced a 15 year old heat pump system with a new, modernized version. I was there throughout the install. I am a disabled mechanic with 50 years experience and not easy to fool or impress. I was impressed with everything they did and would use them again and recommend them highly. Special kudos to Justin and Scott, the installers, they are very special folks!

We’ve used Triad for years for maintenance. When we needed a new system installed they were our first choice. Adam came out same day to give us a quote. Install started in about a week or so. Justin was very professional during the install process. The work area was left nice and clean. The installation looks very neat with everything run very orderly, even over our stuff that was in the way. Our house has never felt so comfortable.

Called and left an message. Got a text about about appointment date and time for repair, which i had to wait three days. Called when no one showed up and the lady said I was to blame for not saying yes. I asked for the repair and for someone to service both my ac. Which I got a date for both. Very unprofessional. Don’t use them.

I’m basing my recommendation on the technician who represents Triad Heating & Cooling. Mike Jones, was the technician who handled our issue from start to finish. Since a part had to be ordered the job required two trips. Mike is very polite, professional and punctual. Furnace made horrible sounds and wouldnt heat. We are two little old ladies in poor health and it was COLD! I picked this company because I liked their reviews on the internet. They sent someone out right away and explained what was wrong, ordered the part, and fixed it the next day! VERY professional, timely, good rates and didnt try to sell us on a replacement system. Office staff very nice also. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

We JUST moved into our new house and of course the AC stopped working. I messaged Triad Heating and Cooling around 10pm that night. They quickly responded and had someone at my house at 12pm the following day! The technician Justin was great! He was very friendly and very informative about everything. Even showed us where our filters were.

I’m posting this under my son’s google account because I don’t have one. My name is Susan Smith. Everybody at Triad Heating & Cooling have been wonderful!!! I called them on a Thursday morning. Adam came out at 1pm that day. He was very patient and took his time explaining everything. He ordered the stuff on Friday and they just finished installing everything today which is Monday! I got a new heat pump and air handler. I think initially they said it would take 2 days to install but they finished by 3pm the first day. It’s raining out, it’s cold and it’s Christmas week! I appreciate their hard work and friendly service. Mike, Justin, Scotty and Grant were the guys that came out to do the installation. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Scheduled an install of new natural gas fire pit, they were quick to install, showed up on time, and after the replacement, made sure it was safe an secure. Great job!

Mike was extremely polite and explained very thoroughly all that he did and even went to the trouble to show me how to look for potential future problems. Our system was installed in 1994 so I was expecting that alone to be the problem. I’m sure if he wanted to, he could have convinced us we just need a new system because I’m sure we are running on borrowed time. Instead, he was honest enough to say it was doing to well at the moment to replace it. When that happens, they will be the one we call for a new system. Highly recommend their services!

My husband and I were purchasing a home and called Triad Heating and Cooling. We requested for them to look at the system and tell us if we needed to replace the unit and give a quote for two new units. The units looked older and we did not know if the units worked. We spoke with Jenna and no cost was ever discussed except the replacement cost. We then received a bill for them to give a bid! Jenna stated that since we asked for the units to be looked at we were being charged. She stated when they give bids they do not look for problems. If your unit is not working they will sell you a new system even if you dont need it. Stay away from Triad Heating and Cooling! Dishonest business!

Heat pump wasnt cooling on rent house. Called and they came out and checked it. System was >30 years old. They were able to get new one and install within the week. They took time to explain all they did, to instruct on use and maintenance and to see if we had questions. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

Triad Heating and Cooling had always did maintenance on my old system and they were absolutely great at that! So I contacted them to install a new unit in my home and have had nothing but problems! When contacted they asked me what I would like for them to do? I have no idea as this is not something I work in daily? Would recommend for service but not a new installation Learned this the hard way!

Brantley always does a great job when working on my heat pump. Truly goes above and beyond when there’s a problem needing his attention. The 24 hour service is great as well; even on weekends, someone gets back to you in just a few minutes. Five star, all the way!!

Brantley came out to service our unit and did a tremendous job! In the past when being serviced it would only take them about 15 minutes. Brantley tested the refrigerant, cleaned the unit thoroughly, and replaced the filter. This took him about an hour. He explained that the unit was in good health and that the refrigerant was all in tact. Thank you Brantley! We will continue using Triad Heating!!!
