They made a mistake with our tax return that resulted in us not getting about $2000 of our tax refund (were still waiting). They even charged us $30 EXTRA claiming that the IRS wanted more information and thats why we havent received our refund yet. They were mysterious on the phone telling us to come in to the office. When i asked why we needed to come in she said she couldnt tell me on the phone. Obviously i was concerned. I arranged a time to come in (from Bakersfield btw). When we arrived, it turned out the office was closed for the day (even though they were apparently expecting us). When we were finally able to meet with them it turned out all they needed was a document (oh and to charge us $30). I was upset that they apparently couldnt tell me this on the phone. I couldve sent them a photo of the document (which btw was a paper that i had ALREADY given them) without making all those extra unnecessary trips to Arvin (except they needed to charge us extra money?). Now they wont answer my phone calls. Shady business. Dont go there. We definitely wont be returning

They made a mistake in filling out information on our ITIN application. Since March we are waiting. You call them and they tell you to go to help you with what they lack but that they will charge you for what they did not do well, (when the mistake was theirs). I am disappointed in the service they provide because if they have time dedicating themselves to this, they should know the procedures better and train their secretariats well.

Very unfriendly .... the good thing is that there are more options .....
