They dnt knw what they doing took me 4 hrs for unloading,never ever will pick load for them

They had an empty for me and plenty of room to put it at the dock, just a decent new caterpillar stop.

Careful when asking your coach for help.. did that and they replied “ Idk I’m busy and I only have 2 hands “. That’s not the attitude they preach.Other than that good company and solid work place.

Caterpillar does not give their employees enough time to be trained and does not give you time to improve. I worked at Caterpillar for three days and I was let go as I was claimed to not be as fast as the other employees that have been there for years. I have some advice for Caterpillar if you have any grievances with your employees let them know so they can have a chance to do better.
