I love how Janine accommodated my insurance needs. I needed insurance coverage right away, but couldnt get to their office at that moment to get the documentation going, Janine initiated the process and was able to complete everything via the phone and email, we later met, at my convenience, to give my original signature.I got my insurace needs met right when I needed. Her customer service was extremely good, she has an awesome attitude, and I recommend her to everyone.

Went to the Lamont branch last year to do my taxes and they messed them up last year it was the social. After 2 months of waiting for my return I called them last year and no some seemed to know what was going on. It wasnt until I called the IRS office in Bakersfield that they told me the socials were wrong after that I called Royal Choice Insurance in Lamont and they fixed it. I thought it was a once in a life time thing and decided to give them another chance this year. Well I come to find out this year they messed up the names so we went back in to tell them about it ( this was in Bakersfield this time and the lady was rude) and told us to wait I guess for another two months like last year. I ended up doing them on Turbo Tax and now Im set will never come here again.
