My wife and I needed to have work done quickly because we were selling our house and needed to have the roof and gutters replaced before closing. The Mile High team did an excellent job of working with us to not only get out for a quote, but also start the job in under a week. Not only did they get the job done in the timeline they promised, but they also did a great job and were easy to work with during the project. Id recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced in the Denver area.

I hired mile high to put a new roof on my grandparents house. Everything went smoothly just as promised. I was most impressed with the crew that put the roof on. They finished the whole job in 1 day and when they left it was perfectly clean as if they were never there! I would definitely recommend mile high to anyone looking for a quality new roof.

I dont often write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to do so. This summer after a significant hail event, I needed to get a new roof. After obtaining three different bids, I chose Mile High Roofing, and I am very pleased with my decision. Nick came out and looked at my roof and actually took pictures and showed me the damage, and also took the time to walk around my property with me, looking for other hail damage to the house. When all was said and done, the bid he gave me was extremely fair and thorough. Matt kept me very informed with the install timeline and materials. He went so far as to check the weather looking for a rain-free window. Scott even called to check in with things. I have a fairly large roof, so I was pleased and surprised that the removal and install was done in one day. The quality of the install is top-notch and the clean up was great as well. Im unsure of the reasons for some of the negative reviews here, but in my case I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Mile High Roofing.

My mom needs a new roof and Scott came out to look at the work that needs done. He got out there quickly and took plenty of time to talk to her and show her the work that needs to he done. We appreciate the patience and thoroughness of his work. He was even willing to come out again and meet the insurance adjuster at her house to discuss the needed work. From reading previous reviews I see there are a lot of people who did not feel that Mile High Roofing Inc was doing them justice on their repairs. Granted the summer of 2018 was very strange with the weather we got with almost back to back hail storms however I feel we did have good service in the end. I was willing to wait until a majority of the bad hail storm season was past and I was thankful that we did wait otherwise we would have ended up with two new roofs in 2018. I must admit they did do a great job after all was completed. By the way we had a new roof and gutters completed with Mile High Roofing Inc. They really are a good team. Thank you. My grandma needed a new roof and she has had problems with this company since day 1. When the gave us an estimate of how long it would take they said 2 days. It’s now been 3 weeks and the gutters are still not done and a few days ago they finally finished the roof. And now the gutters are still not finished and they said it’s going to take them another week. We have already paid them over $5,000. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. They’re misleading and dishonest. I’d save your time and go somewhere else. I would have gave them zero stars but since we somewhat have a roof i’ll give them one!

Literally If We Could We Would Have Given Zero Stars On Our Review Because They Were The Worst! They Did Such A Horrible Job & Not To Mention Took Their Sweet Time To Finish The Job. They’re Super Unprofessional But Obviously Real Good At Bugging To Get Paid When They Can’t Even Do The Job Right! Took 5 months to install my roof and never got it inspected. Also charged me $400 above the original quote. Literally would’ve had better luck doing it myself.

We had a few issues with our roof installation. Scott, the owner of the company was very responsive and went above and beyond to fix any problems. The final product looks great!

This company is what gives roofers a bad name! The owner is a crook! He makes promises that cant be met. They currently are trying to get jobs in Wyoming and falsely representing themselves as locally owned and operated! They have a bogus office address and all the people they have working for them have no experience as project managers. He owes me money for jobs and is a greedy untrusting person! Don’t do business with this company! They are under investigation currently and should be shut down!

We had all sorts of issues from the start. I had to constantly call to try to get any information on an ETA for material delivery and start date for work and kept getting vague time frames. All of the sudden I get a call back from MHR stating that they could have the shingles delivered the next day. When the roofers delivered the shingles they drove their truck right onto our grass leaving tire indention that well need to fill with dirt to even it out. I was also told that they would make sure to protect the house as they removed the shingles since we had just had the house painted. The roofers placed the ladder up against the gutter with no protection scraping off every bit of new paint where the ladders rubbed. We counted over 70 areas just on the first level of the home where the paint had been damaged. I was also told by the roofers that they would go around the house and wipe off any tar smudges that were left by the shingles which they didnt do. While they were installing the shingles they didnt even put the required turtle vents on and I had to point that out to them so they had to go back and put them on after the shingles had already been installed. Ive talked to Matt several times via phone call and email trying to get them to come out and clean up the paint and repaint areas where the roofers damaged the paint (I would even supply the paint) and I get a bunch of lip service from him that hes sending a painter out and the painter never shows up. Then I get no response from him regarding this issue. Ive watched several other roofing companies do work in the area since we all got hit with hail damage and I see them putting up boards or tarps to protect the paint on the house and ladders with towels wrapped around them to protect from scraping the gutters. I would not recommend using MHR at all. Find someone more reputable!!

Mile High Roofing was super responsive and helpful. We have a great new roof and gutters in less than 2 weeks from the day of the inspection.

Matt and his crew are amazing! They came out check the damage and worked closely with my insurance company to get my roof fixed as fast as possible! I definitely recommend Mile High Roofing Inc to everyone I know!

Worst company I have ever delt with in reguardes of repairs to my house. My estimate was done 7 months ago with a time of completion being 2 months after. My first issue was the color shingle i selected. About 6weeks go by and I get concerned and call to ask if all things are in line. I’m informed that someone was suppose to call me weeks before (which I never got a call) to select a new color. So at that time a select a new color and then tell me all should be done in the next week. So roof gets done but no gutters. Once again I have to call about 3.5 months into my claim for my gutters and skylight not being done. I threaten the company with the BBB and what do you know the gutters are done 2 days later but still no skylight. Mind you I have a massive hole in my roof with just a tarp over it. I have a massive wind draft going through my house, my gas bill is out standing and I wanted to sell my house but I can’t since there is a hole in my roof. I have complained about this issue so many times and yet here we are 7 months later with no skylight in my house and I can’t put my house on the market. I would never suggest this company to anyone else and if I could give them “0” stars I would. They are flat out horrible. I am losing time and money on the resale of my house and also having to pay a higher gas bill to heat my house as I keep my thermostats at 65 and it runs all day long. Never will I use this company again. NEVER

My roof had damage from a hail storm, and Mile High Roofing helped us through every step of the process; no hidden charges or binding contracts, they did the replacement roof quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommended!

Believe everything in the previous reviews! Never did get the gutters done. I had to hire another company to complete the job after a long time of trying to work with Matt to get this done. Horrible company!
