I like this laundry store very much! They always sell soap and softeners and pods at the front desk! They have a nice kid area at the back! They have some arcade games and bathrooms! I also like that they have top load washers and front load washers for people wanting to do either one! They also have chairs and carts for the clothes :)

Very good experience, my personal machine took a poop, so this is the first time in several decades to use a laundromat. I went early 6:30am the place was almost empty, so I took up 5 machines at once. I had 3 weeks worth of laundry washed, dried and out the door at right about an hour. The equipment is new, and the place is clean enough to eat from the floors, if that is what you are into. I was a little shocked at the sticker price, but as I said its been a few decades, and I guess it can be said you get what you pay for. The lady behind the counter was pleasant, and helpful. But dont expect to stir up any conversations with her unless you want to brush up on your Spanish. Over all I give it two thumbs up!

I asked how much $ should it take to dry 1 small load pajamas. T shirts, a towel, socks etc. cottons. .75 the guy said, and only took 24 minutes. I loved the atmosphere, very clean and friendly, felt safe. It was late and well lit up, in parking lot by pet supplies.

Its clean, tidy and lots of washers and dryers. Lots of options on wash loads. On site personnel makes it handy if problems occur, as well as the drop off service.

The women who work here are extremely rude. They make it known as well.

MY husband and I visited Superior Laundries in Arvada Friday / April 9th because our dryer had quit. The facility was impeccable and the machines were very updated and in good condition. One customer had trouble with their washer and the manager was highly visible and quickly came to that customers aid and was very, very pleasant and concerned.No one likes schlepping laundry anywhere but if your circumstances make it necessary, then I highly recommended this one SUPERIOR!!!!

My daughter stayed here to do laundry. It is all brand new inside,all machines are new and well maintained,bright and clean,with tv,restroom,and vending machines. Only complaint is it is a little more cost to wash.

Great service. My dryer did not get warm. The attendant refunded me my lost coins and placed an out of order sign, right away. Amazing!!!

Probably best laundry mat near me any way. They actually have dependable staff and a cleaning crew and maintenance that is done daily for real everyday every machine! Not just now and then! Machines and mat are clean and functional, staff is friendly but all business, so no b.s. going on.

This place is always clean, washers clean very well & are always clean. The dryers work pretty good as well. This place has a friendly staff.

Good machine selection and availability, however employees are not observing the state mask ordinance, nor is anyone ensuring patrons observe it. Of the people in the laundromat today, at least 50% at any given time were either wearing no masks or only partially wearing their masks. It was really disappointing since that’s so dangerous and I’d hoped they’d be more mindful of the law. I won’t be returning.

It was pretty quiet this morning. I like going when nobodys around really. But it is kind of expensive, they really raised the prices.

I love this laundromat. It’s kid friendly with arcade games (not free) and a play house. There’s plenty of seats to wait, and there’s always somewhere there working, making it feel more secure. The only thing I wish was better is if the machines took credit cards. Other than that, this is a clean, easily accessible place to get your laundry done.

Very clean, the machines spin clothes very well I hate when you pull your clothes out and theyre so wet its longer time drying. I appreciate the customer service also very helpful and friendly. Thank for clean restroom also! Does have enough chairs to set and wait as well as enjoying a clean atmosphere. Its very hard to have to go or find a laundry mat worth the time and effort but this one is great all around! I have laundry facility where I live but its not always clean and the machines dont spun right. Thanks for the excellent job! Im a regular customer now!

The attendent lurch decides the TV is better at a high volume even though there is 1 other couple in the laundromat and Im trying to read my homework on the side away from the 1 other couple in here. But yeah random baseball game at high volume is wayyyy better then happy customers.

Been coming here past 5 years so I have a pretty set routine.. gets busy at times, sometimes too busy but just gotta know good times to go. Lately it seems to have more machines down then usual and few months later they still seem to be down BUT my overall experience is good here. Staff is friendly and are on top of it if you need assistance. Place is pretty clean.

Always clean. Very nice staff. The only problem is that sometimes to many washers and dryers are broken. And they have really good prices on the machines.

Lots of machines, they all look nice and working, the place is clean and they have an employee on site, which is nice. This place is expensive, though. I used a jumbo washer, and they start at $8.50 for a cold wash, $9 for hot. Soap is $1 for a little box. Maybe thats average these days, but Im going to check out another laundromat next time for comparison.

EMPLOYEES NOT FOLLOWING THE MASK ORDER!During the last few weeks....WAY TO MANY PEOPLE!The ignorance to lock the automatic door and force customers to use the HAND operated door as a safety measure during CoVid-19 shows that they have no clue.NOT ONCE DID I SEE ANY EMPLOYEES CLEANING OR SANITIZING COMMON SURFACES.

This place is supposed to close at 10pm, we showed up at 9:05 to use the dryer and we were told they don’t allow it after 9, even tho it’s says on the door they close at 10 and a full cycle of the dryer doesn’t take more than 30-40 minutes, not very friendly about it. That’s ok, I’ll find another one.

Great place always clean i love the fact they have an area for kids to play while you wash a little on the expensive side but your laundy comes out really clean and smelling great

I have been coming to this place for 10 years and I have always had a very friendly staff but today especially Saturday June 13 at 6 in the afternoon I bumped into a very spoiled person this lady asked her to please remove her clothes because she had already stopped The machine had already been there for half an hour and she replied that not because she was folding clothes, she could take a basket and give me the machine, but she didnt feel like it.

Stayed in Colorado on vacation for a week from California, and the environment is very friendly and by far the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. 10/10 would reccomend.

Ive been here a few times. I like that they have so many machines, it makes it easier to get all of my laundry done. I like all of the places to sit and wait as well.

Overall facilities are nice. Been coming here for the last month or so and been pleasant so far. Today, however we we had a broken washer and when we told the gal she insisted it would finish the cycle if we left it .. but we started two other loads at the same time and they had already finished, this one hadnt even finished filling. It would only run the water right after we closed the lid and then stop after about 5 seconds. She got upset that we werent listening to her and Im sure she knew what she was talking about but we have things to do and cant wait for the machine to decide to work when it wants... she angrily refunded us the cost of the machine. But not really thrilled about this experience.

Great facility but watch your teenage daughters the owner and worker I caught commenting about my 16 year old when I said hey thats my daughter they turned in shame!! Shame on you I hope you dont have children what would they think or your wife?Just unbelievable one star because I have to otherwise none!!!!!!!!

Have been going here consistently and have no complaints, other than the task of finding the right machine at the right price for your cleaning job, but once youve gotten into the routine, this place is a great value! Plenty of TVs to keep you distracted, as well as moderately priced laundromat-faire entertainment. Great location, since its right next to King Soopers, so you can get all your household needs done in one trip!

My mother got into a confrontation here. They heard and saw it but did nothing to resolve it. We left and went to a different one and I called them and asked why when they heard and saw what was going on they didnt do anything. They said they arent supposed to get involved in confrontation and that they had called the police. No laundry mat Ive ever been to will allow a confrontation to get that out of control and do nothing about it. I will never come back to this one and everyone I know and meet will be told about what happened and suggested not to go back there.
