Excellent experience working with Diane; appreciated follow up working with goofball resort and airline people that had nowhere near her attention to detail. Great inside travel advice. Definitely visible industry wisdom and insight. Will use in the future and recommend them for both frequent or infrequent travelers.

Hit and miss... They have booked 4 vacations but on the last vacation, which was booked 8 months in advance, my wife and I did not have seats together on the plane. Not happy with that mishap.
