Perhaps Jason could create a chain of custody process or some other basic NIST best practices in order to not misplace or blatantly lose a customers equipment. Perhaps rather than passing the buck to cover for his companys incompetence, he could embrace accountability when entrusted with customers laptops and data. Another area of opportunity might be prompt replies. Being unresponsive for over 6 months when asked about a laptop lost while in Front Range IT solutions possession is bad form as well. And lastly, and perhaps most importantly, threatening customers with C&D legal action over persisting to ask for the laptop entrusted to his goat ranch of a company might also help as well. It really makes you wonder, if an IT company cant be trusted with something such as a single laptop to retrieve some files, why would you ever trust them for a multi-system business deployment? This review will stand until this issue is resolved and once Jason decides to operate his business with some ethical integrity. Please never threaten my wife like that again. You have my number if youd like to try and resolve this sir.
