Came back as a customer being in a pinch. Previously my shirts were laundered and pressed and each visit they were returned wrinkled and smelly. However I tried again after a few years.My shirts were returned wrinkled, collars crushed, and didnt seem fresh and clean. I showed the attendant and she indicated that s the way it is.Wrong answer. I am extremity disappointed and concerned my nice dress shirts are ruined. I have to re do the cleaning and pressing.I will never return to this cleaner. They are very expensive and take their customers for granted..

DO NOT BRING YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE! Especially if you have any intricate lace detailing. I got my dress back yesterday and it honestly looks like they took a pair of scissors to it??? My dress had lace fringe on the end of the sleeves, and it looks like they tried to cut the fringe off. Parts of the fringe clearly look like it has been cut and not very well as it is all at different lengths. I’m not sure what happened as I was given no explanation or even notified that there was even a problem. My dress is also not as white as it was when I dropped it off. It now has a yellow tint to it. The lace also is curling? The only reason why the dress needed cleaning was for some dirt at the very bottom hem. They got the dirt out at the bottom, but shouldn’t have touched the rest of the dress because they ruined it. It is evident that they do not know how to handle lace fabrics. I wish they would’ve just turned me away and told me they didn’t know how to clean my dress. Instead they took my money and ruined my wedding dress.

Drive through is super convenient and easy. One of the employees took the time to dust some snow off the top of my car before setting the dry cleaning in to make sure snow wouldn’t fall in my car or on my dry cleaning! Appreciate the small stuff and the friendly staff!

Kwik Dry Clean was amazing! They cleaned my Wedding dress for an incredibly reasonable price (about 1/5 of what other Wedding Dress Cleaners wanted for it!) and they cleaned it perfectly! I could not be more happy with the results! My dress is Satin, Silk and has lots of Organza, and they made my dress look brand new again! To be clear - the dress was only dirty along the bottom - but still, it looks gorgeous and ivory again! They were very easy and nice to work with and had my dress cleaned in less than a week! The staff is nice, but about 1/2 the time I drop my clothes off there, they either forget to box my shirts or all items aren’t actually ready pickup. This becomes an issue for me because I’m usually traveling the next day, so I have to jump through extra hoops to get them to do it right.

I had a family emergency and needed a suit cleaned ASAP. I called Kwik Dry Clean and they had my suit ready in a few hours.

I would have to say that many times in the past they have done a great job. However, about 5 months ago, I brought in 4 brand new $200+ suits to be dry cleaned. These suits were less than 1 year old and this was the first time to bring them to the cleaners. I was unimpressed with their attention to detail (or lack thereof). When I got the suits back their was a double-crease in the pant legs of ALL 4 suits (all of which had NEVER been dry-cleaned before) and the cuffs looked as if they had not been pressed at all, or as if they had been sitting in a suit case for months. The pressing job on the suit coats were horrible as well. I brought this to their attention (and was very clear in pointing out the problem areas) and was promised that all would be fixed. I assured them that I was not in a hurry and that I just wanted them done right. When I came back to pick them up, their were still double creases in the pant legs and some issues with the cuffs. I waited as they fixed it for me right there. It took them another 20-30 minutes of time. The owner gave me an credit of $15 as a customer satisfaction fix. Although, they have been great in the past, I will not return to use the $15 credit as I feel I would rather have my husbands investment in nice suits remain in optimal condition.

I brought my wedding dress here. We agreed to spot clean it. It obviously got run through the cleaner, there is now dirt throughout. I would not have written a poor review expect for the way that they handled it. Only one small apology Sorry about that in passing. A wedding dress is a very special object. I hope that I can get it fixed, and that it isnt ruined.

I love this place anyway, but today they went the extra mile and helped me get my Kentucky Derby hat party ready by steaming it and shaping it for no charge! They are always friendly and do such a great job on our weekly dry cleaning and laundry. They even did a FABULOUS job ceaning and preserving my wedding dress that had just been hanging in my closet for the past 21 years. Now its safe and beautifully preserved for my daughter to wear one day.

They cleaned 2 of my girlfriends jackets and told us they would be done by 5 the following day. We were in the neighborhood 2 hours before and decided to stop in. They were finished! Also they found money in her jackets and returned in in a nice lite envelope. Thats service!

Ive used Kwik Dry Cleaners since I moved to Arvada 5 years ago. I drop off a full load of dry cleaning every week and have been extremely satisfied with their services since the very first visit.I love the overnight drop-off option, the ease of the drive thru, and the friendly staff that greets me when I pickup my cleaning. The cleaning is high-quality, and they often offer coupons via local publications (which I take advantage of!) Overall, GREAT DRY CLEANER. Highly recommended!

Dry cleaning they may do a good job on but DONT BRING THEM LAUNDRY to wash unless you want every single piece ruined!Thats what they did to my clothes, shrunk them, stained them and it has cost me $250 to replace what they ruined. NEVER AGAIN.

SO ANGRY! I dropped off several things during the week and didnt pick them up until after the weekend. When I came they tolled me one of my items was not done. ( they had 6 days to clean it) what really happend was they lost it and a lady finally found it in the back. It of course was completely ruined. It was obvious that the just through it into a plain washer and dryer which completely defeated the purpose of bringing it to them. This item is irreplaceable and when dropping it off I specifically asked for them to take extra care of it. Apparently that means ruin it, and lose it. Never coming back here again!

Best dry cleaners Ive ever used, today I was down there to pick up some shirts and one of their customers truck broke down in the parking lot and the owner of Kiwk D/C help the customer move his truck and took them home thats the place for me theyre awesome and very friendly employees and your shirts are always done the way you want them awesome!!

Kwik Dry Clean is terrible! Now I know why they make you pay up front...because they do such a terrible job and it doesnt matter if you complain when you come to pick up your items because THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY! Any dry cleaner that requires payment prior to services being performed is shady and obviously doesnt take pride in their work. Also, at my kids school auction, my brother and I both bid on (and won) gift certificates for $50 each to Kwik Dry. My brother was treated poorly when he went in to use his and ended up being waaay overcharged for his alteration (which he could not use the coupon for). My guess is this was Kwik Drys attempt to recoup some of the money they gave away on the gift card. When my brother called them out on the overcharge (they charged him close to $30 to restitch a portion of a hem that had fallen on a pair of pants), they agreed the charge should have been much less but only offered him a credit instead of his money back. Finally, when he said he would never be back, they grudgingly refunded him a portion. My husband brought our comforter in to use our $50 gift card on and he said the woman who waited on him appeared irritated that he wanted to use the coupon for this item...but she let him. When we picked up the comforter, it was obvious NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO IT AT ALL. I have worked at two different dry cleaners in my life and I KNOW when an item has been cleaned or not. The comforter should have been wet cleaned but these people did absolutely nothing with it except fold it over a hanger, bag it, and put it on the line until I came to pick it up. Even the light dirt paw print my dog put on it just before I brought it in to be cleaned was still there!! These people are the worst and their service is horrendous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on Kwik Dry. You WILL be disappointed.I am unable to respond to Kwik Cleans response so I will just edit my original post -- my husband and I do not have the same last name. Look under Willis, R.
