Very easy booking and check in experience. The front desk person was incredibly friendly and helpful! By calling ahead, we were able to speed through the rest of the booking process. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. The dollies available were very easy to move our items into our storage unit. Cannot recommend this location enough

Made an online reservation, and went in to finalize paperwork the next day. Got in and out quickly with only a few little hiccups. Great service.Units are clean and climate controlled.

The young leasing agent (Kaylie I believe was her name), was so helpful and efficient with setting up my lease for my storage. She explained everything clearly and with a lively spirit of enthusiasm that quickly established a great rapport with me. The place was clean, temperature controlled and every size storage units to suit any need. I rented a 5x5 unit that was plenty of room for all my stuff. I am incredibly pleased with the whole experience.

The facility is clean and climate controlled. There are always carts to use to move your stuff. And, the staff were always helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

I usually don’t post reviews, but my experience with the Arvada Hwy 72 Storquest location has been so excellent that I must recommend them to everyone. The manager Josh is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the location is clean, well-lit, safe feeling, and has lots of carts available for moving items. I highly recommend this location.

Had high hopes but this was such a disappointment. Came in and the facility was not clean AND the worker was incompetent and rude. Josh could clearly use a lesson in customer service and being of use. Too busy being on his phone I guess? Couldnt even explain to me why the rates were being raised. Hire someone new please thanks. Had better luck w/ Cubesmart storage and Greenbox.

We walked into StorQuest this morning at the recommendation of our friend and realtor and were pleasantly surprised! I appreciate that they require masks and have signs on the floor of where to stand 6’ apart. Kylie was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the units available. When my 2 year old spotted Kylie’s highlighters and demanded to color, Kylie printed out a coloring page for her — what great customer service! The whole place is clean and seems well run. It’s a great facility & a great value for those of us in northwest Arvada!

20% Rate increase after 6 Months. When we rented, they said the rate might go up a little, but 20% after 6 months is steep in my opinion. They suck you in with a good price, wait until the unit is filled, then jack the rate. Not good.

You need to have EXACT MEASUTEMENTS of your units. We measured 4.5x15 in our garage to match the unit listed and rented by us. We get there and it is only 3 1/2x15. That is 15ft less space!!!!! We have to find someone to keep it for us. We leave for Cambodia (moving) and needed the space. PLEASE MAKE SURE EXACT MEASUREMENTS ARE ON THE WEBSITE

THEFT!!! We moved into the unit in June after reading positive reviews. The facility was recently built. At first the place appeared clean but after 3 months we often found the bathroom and hallways were never cleaned. Half of the people don’t wear masks even though there’s a big sign requiring masks inside. I’ve never seen anyone patrolling or cleaning this facility). About two weeks ago I noticed several younger seemingly homeless people living out of their vehicles spending a lot of time in the parking lot. Then 7-10Days ago someone broke into our unit by climbing to the top where there are 1.5 foot wide openings leading into all the units. They stole a few smallItems and ruffled through suitcases and boxes. Arvada police came, took fingerprints and filed a report. We tried the whole day to get in contact with the district manager. The attendant working there, nice but clueless, just told us to file an insurance claim. We moved out of the unit the following day as the day we discovered the theft we saw many unsavory characters roaming inside de facility. Some looked like drug users and were clearly homeless as their trailer was still parked there the following day and they were still there, preparing food in their unit. There were food wrappings and trash in some of the hallways. There is only a security camera outside the main door which anyone can access and by the elevators but in none of the hallways. Nobody offer to look at the security footage and help us in any way. We had to pay for a new unit somewhere else, get a rental truck, plus I lost a full days work wages . Finally the district manager got back to us and offered us a 26 dollar refund! This place is unsafe and borderline disgusting, do NOT get a unit there unless you want your stuff stolen.

The team there at Storquest on Hwy 72 is very personable, professional and made things very easy and simple. The facilities are clean and secure.The benefits they provide create great value and helps streamline my workday. Things like the easy drive-up exterior access to our storage unit and allowing us to set up autopay to make monthly rent payment an easy process. Very pleased with our choice of facility!

Great place, Josh at the front desk is very helpful and knows his job. Don’t like that they charge you $20 per lock and $25 processing fee each unit you rent.

She accessed my info (this was my first time into one of your facilities), and when she realized my moving crew had already arrived, she understood that they were on the clock. I thought it was particularly thoughtful of her to recognize this, that she had a sense of urgency about getting my paperwork done quickly, so the movers could get going, thus saving me some money.
