They have helped us with Suspension Work, Tuning on Classic Cars, Overflow work, Paintless Dent Repair, Hard hit Collisions needing Frame Repairs, and basically have helped us get started.Being a Women Owned Business in this Industry is hard. These guys have NEVER took advantage of me, rather they have gone above and beyond to help me. They are always on time, their communication is TOP NOTCH, and their Service Advisors have been quick to help me, when needed.A++++++++ Service. Went in for a body work estimate. The woman working there was not wearing a mask and said they did not wear them there.Edit: the response from the owner is a flat out lie. The woman saw me come in from the other room, then came in without putting a mask on. She said they dont wear masks there. Im leaving this at one star and its one more than you deserve.

Having this experience I must say that Steve and his crew over at 360 degrees of Perfection is the best auto body shop in Arvada or any of the surrounding areas.I received better work, friendlier service, and it was all done before the scheduled delivery date. I could not be happier with the outcome of my unfortunate collision.360 degrees made my car look better than new.

Steve is a great guy to work with and is very knowledgeable about vehicles. Each time my car was making a strange noise, Steve was able to ride in the car, listen to the noise, and immediately tell me what was wrong. Teresa was very professional, friendly, and got my car scheduled to be repaired in a very short period of time. Overall I’m happy with my experience, especially working with Steve. He is a good person and someone you can trust to get the job done correctly on your vehicle. Jared was also a friendly employee that Is professional and represents the company well.

I had a really good experience with 360! My car was completely messed up! The front bumper and hood was smashed in and even though I didn’t have the money to fix it, Susan and Steve gave me an amazing deal to help me fix it. I had my car back within 3 days beautiful and very cleaned and I have 2 boys so it was not cleaned at all going in but looked brand new coming out! If your vehicle is damaged go here! I have a warning for everyone. We had hail damage to our cars last summer and used 360 Degrees of Perfection in Arvada.We have been struggling with 360 Degrees of Perfection for 6 months now. They fraudulently deposited one of our insurance checks from a picture. This caused the check to bounce when we tried to deposit it into our account (per instructions from our insurance company). We spent 4 months researching where the money went with our bank and with our insurance company and their bank. When we finally found that 360 had the money (plus the personal check we had written them for over $4,000 to pay for the car), they denied it. We were able to provide proof that they had it from bank records attained by our bank, and they have spent the last two months giving us the run-around. They finally wrote us a check to reimburse us, but when we tried to deposit it, it bounced as it was written on a closed account. Now we are faced with filing a police report and I guess taking them to court to get our money back.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 360 DEGREES OF PERFECTION!!

I highly recommend 360 Degrees of Perfection. All of the staff there are always so nice and helpful. They immediately treat you like family and take the time to make sure everything is taken care of for you!!

My car was demolished in the 2017 hail storm. They took such good care of me and my car. It took a little longer than expected because they had so many people needing their cars fixed so they put me in a rental. They went way above and beyond what they had to. No other shop does that. My car looked brand new when I got it back. Theyre a wonderful family run shop and they make you feel like family. I was so pleased we took my sons car there to get fixed too. You wont be disappointed.

First off i dont normally write a review. That being said i highly recommend 360 degress of perfection. My 2012 ram 1500 that im vary proud of was vandalized.my right rear window was smashed in and the door took some damage. I had no idea who to call to have the repairs needed done and a co worker recommended i take it to 360 and gave me the phone number .from the first call till the finale pick up i was treated like family. They handeled dealing with my insurance cleaned my truck inside and out my truck is now in better shape than it was before it was vandalized. I plan on doing some modifications to my truck in the near future.i will definitely take it to them for anything that i can not do my self.if i could give more than 5 stars i would.

Had my vehicle taken to 360 for collision repair work after being sideswiped. 360 was able to get work started on my vehicle sooner than any other shop close to my home and worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of. The staff at 360 provided regular updates on my vehicle as it moved through the repair process and they were always available to answer questions as they came up. Susan in particular went out of her way to explain several items during the repair timeline and made me feel very confident in my choice of body shop. I received my vehicle back a day earlier than promised and the repair work performed was top notch. There is no hint of the previous damage and Steve and his staff truly took the time to ensure that my vehicle was returned excellent condition. Beyond the high quality repair work, the customer service provided throughout the process was excellent and I would highly recommend 360 to anyone needing collision repair or general body/paint work.

This is the best mechanic/collision shop this side of the rockies. Amazing customer service and they truly do seek your best interest as a customer. They have saved me countless dollars on repairs to all vehicles I have, where as most dealerships will try to screw you over to make a dollar. Awesome people. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. OMG This place is horrible!!! I wrote a review and they responded with lies.I really only had a problem with one person Avery!!!!! He called and texted me at work non stop for me to pay him upfront before the job was done!! My car took 5weeks and they did not keep in touch with me after I paid them upfront. My window tint is all messed up, my bumper has over spray on it, the paint is chipping off and I have asked Avery to send me an invoice 3 times now for the work they did and still have not got it and its been almost 3weeks. They waved one of my deductibles after the insurance paid them $14,000.00 my $250 deductible was nothing my car is not even worth that much. Drew that worked there was awesome!!!!!2 months later Im still waiting for my invoice and no one has returned my call
