This is my 4 or 5 th year with all state. Every year I have to call and have my updated policy sent over to my landlord. I call Today. The lady that answered the phone wanted to argue with me.My apartment flooded .. And it was impossible to file a claim.

I have been a customer for about 6 years now, always treated well. I have never had an issue, or have any complaints. Staff is helpful, and I do like they will review my policy when i ask to ensure i am getting all my discounts.

Paul is a great agent bar none!! H. e always takes the time to explain all your options but he also goes out of his way to get you the best price available for you so you can get the best coverage for the lowest price For your situation. Although he at times is a challenge to contact because he is so busy doing his best to help everyone. Keep trying he is awesome and well worth it!
