Dave and his team were great to work with! He provided excellent professional guidance and services - working with his crew on our large property over 3 days for some major pruning and tree clean-up. The process went very smoothly thanks to Daves communication, and the crew were very respectful and did a great job cleaning up too! I highly recommend working with ACE tree services.

They did an excellent job! Trimmed big old oaks that went over our roof. Trimming and taking the limbs down (they were very big and long) went flawlessly. Nothing ever touched our home. Great attitudes and very professional owner and crew. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dave and his team did such an amazing job with our trees! I had called 3 different arborists to try and get quotes and Dave is the only one who called me back and Im glad he did. When he came out to give us a quote we were impressed with his knowledge of trees and didnt jump right into they just need to be cut down. The team did a very well job trimming our trees and cleaning up their mess! This company is excellent!

I can highly recommend ACE certified tree care. Dave is very knowledgeable as an arborist and made the best recommendation for the removal of two of my large oak trees. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule my job quickly. The crew was at my house yesterday. Jesse, the foreman, was very friendly and did a great job in organizing 4 other workers. I was able to save the chips and he helped me spread them out in my yard. Everyone worked quickly and safely. I plan on hiring them for all my future jobs.

Dave took time to explain how oak trees grow and what they need to survive. Dave and his crew were very respectful of me and my property and nice about answering questions or concerns. Dave gave me a good price and did the work ahead of schedule. All around a great experience

Exceptional customer service, fast, friendly and excellent work!

Asked for a quote to remove a 20 foot-tall tree. To come to SLO to look at the tree was $300 (their minimum charge) even though I said it was fine with me if someone stopped by when in the neighborhood for other work. The point is their website says FREE estimates. ACE suggested I find another company to do the work. On the positive side, ACE returned my call promptly. Their work may be very good but ACE should be upfront on its website and tell potential customers that there is a minimum charge of $300 if they have to travel outside of Arroyo Grande or if they deem the job too small to be worthwhile. I never do reviews but this irritated me.

The crew did a fabulous job clearing out old trees and bushes. They cleaned up and made everything look perfect. Very professional and timely, reasonable price. Great job!

Dave and his crew trimmed and shaped my beautiful ficus tree. They spruced up my citrus too! All done neat and clean .. I recommend them!
