I am not a customer of Integrity, my neighbor is. I am posting this because of a positive experience that deserves recognition.During a routine maintenance of my neighbor’s yard an accident occurred where my fence was damaged. They were very upfront and apologetic about the incident and worked as hard as they could to get this issue resolved. The parts for my fence took a long time to arrive but that is no fault of Integrity’s, we stayed in constant contact about when parts would be available. As soon as parts were available, they had it fixed as good as new.If I ever need lawn service, I know that this is a company I could trust to do a quality a job because they do a great job with my neighbor’s lawn care. It is also comforting to know that they are good people just looking to do a quality job and run a successful business.Thank you!

This place has been great at communicating every step of the way. They were honest and upfront when they found they could not take on our landscaping project, but their prices for mowing and leaf blowing services are reasonable and they are responsive, prompt, and very professional. Will definitely be using them again!

We have used Integrity for at least the last five years for all our lawn care needs. The team does phenomenal work and I can’t say enough about the consistent, outstanding, and quality service we receive. They also do a great job communicating when services are scheduled or delayed due to inclement weather. When I contact Chelsea in the office with questions or special requests, I am impressed by the personal customer service.

Great service and friendly office staff. Chelsea in the office is great. Very accommodating and understanding when scheduling needs change. Love the weekly pay schedule. That takes the guesswork out of budgeting. The grass cutting and trimming guys do a good job. I would recommend!

We have used Integrity Lawn Care since March of 2017. They have always done a beautiful job...very professional. They do have integrity! We are seniors and whatever job we ask them to do is done with no worry on our part. Everyone who works with Integrity Lawn Care is very nice to deal with...especially the young lady who works in the office. We plan to avail ourselves of there services as long as they are in business and so are we!

I have utilized this lawn mowing service for several years now and have always received top notch service. The personnel who perform the mowing are always polite and get the job done right. If there is a concern, I just call or text Chelsea and she always responds timely, cheerfully and addresses my concerns professionally. I highly recommend this trimming and mowing service!

They left trash on my lawn. I dont use their service but, I found their sales brochure laying on the ground by my front door. It was left there, no doubt, by someone they pay to hang the brochure on door knobs. At least they havent called my phone to try to sell me their services - thats why I gave them 2 stars.

My mower is in the shop. I called them up quoted a price over the phone. They had a crew that arrived short time later and verified the price quoted over the phone. Did my lawn and paid over the phone for the service with my credit card. Highly recommend this lawn service.

I have been using Integrity for mowing for a while. They are so professional and their management is amazing letting you know if you will be off schedule for any reason. They are also more than happy to work with you to accommodate your needs. I have been pleased with their work and professionalism.I have recently had a need to use their landscape crew and it was fantastic! The job was completed as described and when scheduled. I hardly recognized the yard after they left; it was transformed into something I was proud of. The before and after pictures are such a pleasant and appreciated bonus. From me accepting the proposal to my lawn getting cut was two days. They did a great job on my yard and I will continue to be using their service.

Company has a policy to not cut grass if you are 2 invoices behind (total of $50), with no notification to let you know. I can appreciate this policy, but no attempt was made to let me know this. I accidentally overlooked the last invoice, my own fault, but what happened to customer service and reaching out to people. Of course, I found out this policy when my grass was already over a week from the last cut.

This was the first time I used them. Very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend them!

I used Integrity Lawn to araerate my lawn. They did a great job.I will not hesitate to use them again. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

The young men that come to my house on a weekly basis, generally do a good job. There are a few things that I don’t like about how they run their business. Now, keep in mind they are growing fast so these may just be growing pains. First of all, the last service that we used would knock on our door and ask us if we wanted them to still mow in the dog days of summer when the grass wasn’t growing. Integrity just mows it, and charges us. Also, if we do call ahead of time and ask them to skip, they charge $10. Not uncommon, but I just don’t like that.There was one situation where my wife picked a bunch of weeds and had them piled on our concrete walkway, and the guy blowing the grass blades blew the entire large pile of weeds into the yard. That was a small issue, but the real problem was the response of the company. Rather than just apologizing and telling me that they would let the guys know, the lady defended them and acted like they were justified. That rubbed me the wrong way.I also have multiple dents in my fence. I can’t prove that it was them, but they keep popping up and no one else is bringing big machines into my back yard.They also raised my weekly rate by 25% from last season to this season.All in all, they do a fine job on the lawn, but the company needs to get their business in order.I wish them the best of luck.Hope this was helpful.

Great prices and reliable. I def recommend. Only disappointment is lack of accepting cash or checks or I wouldve given 5 stars. Price did go up by $5 after changing to the credit card thing and I have a feeling thats why, due to credit card processing fees. For long time customers with good track records of paying, why not give them payment options? Charge an extra processing fee for those using a card.
