Nadia was very professional, polite, and hard working. She did everything that she promised. From our initial meeting to the open houses and final sales contract. Her comps were very important which helped us list the home at the exact correct amount according to the current market conditions in our neighborhood. She was instrumental in getting us a higher price than we were going to list it at due to her knowledge of the market. We went to the open house just to see how she handled it and we were impressed at how respectful she was of our home and the people attending the open. Her signage is much better than most and she did a wonderful job advertising the open house. She was prepared to do open houses every weekend until the home sold, however, she sold it after the very first open. We will use Nadias services again for sure!
