Just received delivery of my MYXFitness bike today. Communication was terrific. I received a notice from the delivery driver that he would arrive within 10 mins and he did just that. He was accompanied by two other gentlemen. He wore a mask and his 2 colleagues did not. I was wearing a mask, but did not insist that his colleagues put them on. It would have been nice if they were all masked. They were efficient and setup the bike where I specified. They were professional and polite. I would have given 5 stars if everyone had worn a mask. Thank you.

Professional, efficient and friendly! What great service. Difficult parking at our townhouse and the laundry room is on the second floor. The team took it all in stride and had everything out of the truck and up and running perfectly in less than 30 minutes!

Horrible service! Scheduled delivery for 9/27, then they dont call or show up. I called them and they treat is as Oh, no big deal, well just deliver in two days. They dont take into account that Ive been waiting for them to come while I couldve been getting other things taken care of. Zero accountability and zero customer service to take care of customers.

XPO Logistics did a great job delivering my dishwasher. They kept me informed of when they would be there. I received emails, text messages and phone calls to make sure I knew. They ended showing up early, which was a nice surprise.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness and attention to detail when they delivered my refrigerator. The gentleman removed their shoes to make sure our floors did not get damaged. Very pleased with all aspects of todays delivery.

Delivery Guys do not know how to install washer and dryer properly. They didn’t know how to install dryer vent. When I try to explain it they didn’t want to listen and rush to finish installation. They left dryer vent uninstalled. Same with washer didn’t install water outlet properly. I have to call XPO / Samsung for this incomplete installation but too much . They are going to send other person for finish the job but still waiting. Extremely unhappy with installation.

Johnny and Dante did a great job of delivering and installing my new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. They arrived promptly as estimated and were professional in all their actions. They took great care to ensure my refrigerator was installed without damage to the refrigerator or our home. They had to remove the front door as the unit was very large. Everything was completed flawlessly. They were friendly and informative and Id welcome them to work in my home anytime. Kudos to both Johnny and Dante!!! They are superb representatives of XPO!

This company came to deliver my new fitness bike today and everything went very well! They showed up within the scheduled time frame and gave me a courtesy call 20 or so minutes before they arrived. Both men who came were polite and professional and took care of the set up right away. Overall I would be happy to use them again for a delivery.

The automated tracking system worked great, the delivery drivers were punctual and gave me a courtesy call when they were close. they took great care of my new appliances and planned their route, placing soft things on potential bump spots for protection. Two wonderful gentlemen delivered my appliances earlier this morning. Having experiences with other companies, I expected the usual. Instead, the two men formally introduced themselves (Chipor and Anthony) to me, why they were here and what I could do to facilitate the process. Not only were they very quick, they cleaned up after themselves, made sure everything was working properly, and even set up my appliances so it would be easier for me. I really appreciated the time they took to ensure I was very happy with the results. While they were friendly, they were also extremely professional and well knowledged in their tasks. For a process I thought would take much longer, they were very efficient and wonderful. XPO Logistics hired some amazing people.

Initial delivery of refrigerator left me not very happy with the service, as the delivery people didnt think that they could fit it through the front door without taking off the refrigerator doors, but said they werent authorized to do that. They ended up leaving it in my garage, and stated that someone would come back out on Monday to install the refrigerator. I called later on Saturday to confirm someone would be out on Monday, and it was confirmed. Fast forward to Monday when I hadnt heard anything, so i called to find out I wasnt on the schedule, so they put me on the schedule for Tuesday. Fortunately I work from home during the pandemic, so the re-scheduling didnt have a huge impact to my schedule, but it may not be the case for everyone. In the end, the guys that showed up on Tuesday, had no issues removing the old unit, and didnt even have to take the doors off the new one to get it in. Very happy with the end result, just not crazy with the amount of hoops I had to jump through, in order to get the unit installed. 5 stars for todays crew..and 2 for the original crew, Ill round up to 4 stars overall.

We were having cabinets delivered for our kitchen renovation, and throughout the process the company gave us consistent updates on the status of the delivery, including when it was being delayed due vehicle issues. Their dispatch not only notified us of delays, they did so in plenty of time to keep us from wasting time waiting around. We recently had appliances delivered around the same time by another vendor, and on the day of the original delivery, they didnt even bother to show up or call and provide an update on what was happening with our delivery. We waited 8hrs for nothing, and had to track them down the next to get our delivery rescheduled and fulfilled. This was drastically different with XPO who kept us abreast the whole time; a difference in customer service that was greatly appreciated. The delivery gentleman called us when he was 15 minutes out, showed up on time, was a one man show, taking great care when handling and stacking the many packages. Overall, great experience and excellent customer service top to bottom.

We are doing a full kitchen remodel and our cabinets were due to be delivered on April 16. I had had a few emails from XPO throughout the preparations for delivery. On April 16, I awoke and checked my email. It had info on it I hadn’t seen before and imagine my surprise when I saw they were delivering my cabinets to a town with the same name as my town in TEXAS instead of OKLAHOMA! I called them immediately! They were as shocked as I was. Vickie worked so diligently to find another driver to bring my cabinets 6 hours north of Dallas/Ft Worth. You could never find anyone better to work with! My cabinets arrived at 1615. The young man who delivered them was so polite and helpful. I highly recommend XPO!

We have had two pieces of fitness equipment delivered by them and they were wonderful. The service and professionalism was great. If there was one thing that was wrong it was not an issue for me was I got a text saying they were on the way and would be here in 30 minutes.....but they were at my front door. That is a technical thing and like I said it was not an issue for me.

They were personable, professional & very knowledgeable about my product. They set up the bike where I wanted & walked my through the main functions to get started. This is the most frustration Ive had with a delivery in a long time. I bought a mattress from a company that partners with XPO and XPO contacted me to set up a time frame when I would be available for the delivery. I took off that afternoon and the time frame was 3-7pm. At 7, no one had showed. I called and was told that the driver said no one was home. I was home the whole time and no one called or texted me or anything. So here I am a month later having to the the whole day off because the delivery time frame is 6 am to 7 pm. And they actually called this time, 7 minutes before getting here, not 30, but still. Finally got my mattress. Hope I dont have to deal with this company again.

Perfect and professional deliver. They pre poned my time for 3 hours but they have waited for me to come over and fix it. Installation took just 10 mins and they ensured everything is good and working and gave me instructions on what to do for first couple of times.

I have severely limited mobility, so when i ordered a new bed, bedframe, mattress, and all, i selected the delivery and assembly option with bedding/mattress disposal. Later it became clear we should keep my old futon mattress, but that would still need to be moved somewhere, and we couldnt do that ourselves. Enter the lovely people of xpo! Not only did they deliver.and assemble my entire bed with prompt courtesy, they moved two full-size futon mattresses into my garage for me, saving my back. Their customer service line was also wonderful, understanding when i called to explain Id need the frame and mattress to come at the same time and arranging delivery accordingly. Their text/email/phone delivery window arrangement system is very user friendly, and the delivery arrived well within the agreed window.

Ordered an MYX bike and XPO delivered it today. I got updates about the delivery. I order on June 8th, it was received in their CA warehouse the 17th and departed to TX the 18th. It arrived at a close facility on the 21st. It was then moved to a facility about 20 minutes away from the original on the 23rd. It said it arrived there on the 28th and that is when they called to schedule for the 30th. I believe this could have been quicker but I understand there are logistics involved. The guys arrived at my home around 12:30, which was in the earlier part of my 11-3 window. They were super nice and professional. I wished they had set up the bike on the provided mat but Ill put that on me for not asking.

XPO provided me with lots of updates the day before and day of delivery. Installer called me 30 minutes before arriving. They switched out my dish washer in 20 minutes. No complaints.

We apparently needed a special tool to turn off our water and had several neighbors helping us locate that tool. Scheduling and rescheduling my delivery was very quick and easy over the phone ans online. The delivery staff was professional and on time. They installed my dishwasher in about 30-40 mins and hauled off my old dishwasher. Overall great company!

This company delivered my mattress purchased on Sams club.com. They went to the wrong house the first attempt and claimed nobody was home, i had already removed old mattress the night before. They redelivered a week later but FAILED set it up and to haul away the old mattress when the description on Sams club.com clearly said the service includes set up and haul away. I called the 800 number and was told they will schedule a haul away appointment. Still waiting for their call.

Had a peloton bike scheduled for delivery today. I was on the phone with the driver explaining how to get to our home. He proceeded to mark our scheduled delivery as customer not home. Once we got disconnected he would not answer his phone. I called XPO and they told me that they would get back with me within 48 hrs to reschedule. After waiting 6-8 weeks for our Peloton bike and have the bike literally go by our driveway in their truck while we are on the phone is frustrating. As a business owner I find this absolutely unacceptable.
