The lady I encountered working here has reasonable prices and she is super quick. Other places in the vicinity attempt to extort you. Go here if you want a reasonable price and very quick service.

I have been very lucky to have all my watches serviced by Qian (Pronounced Chen) for a few years now. You will not find someone more knowledgeable and helpful than him. Whether you’re in need of just a battery or a band adjustment or have a more involved repair he can do it.Look no further in the DC area. His customer service and prices are the best!

Chen was friendly and the service was really fast. Charged me $10 for each watch battery replacement and offered a 1 yr warranty on all batteries. Definitely coming back again.

I went to this place thinking it was the kiosk thats actually located across the street but just renamed. Turned out to be a lucky mistake! Chan changed the batteries on four watches in about 15 minutes. And the prices are very reasonable - in fact, about 25% less than prices I used to pay at another mall watch repair place. No need to drive farther to pay more. :)

Totally affordable. Went 4 other places in the mall to get a quote to replace a watch battery. No one offered me anything under $25. Finally found my way to this stand and I only got charged half the price. The gentleman was quick too!
