So much more expensive than the post office!! The large flat rate box is $22 at USPS and when I brought in my large flat rate I was charged $31! When I asked why becuse I had just shipped with USPS the other day and the large should cost $22 the other lady rudely butted in and said “that’s our prices not the post office”. I should’ve just gone right down the road and saved myself the extra $10

I love mailing packages here the Ladies are Super Sweet & professional, & always has a beautiful attitude! I mail packages their and refuse to go anywhere else I have had EXCELLENT SERVICE ! I can’t Thank those beautiful ladies enough !especially the older lady works the first cash register soon as you come in God Bless you all !

First time using their service and it was great. Can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was awesome. I went in to fax some documents, and she gave me a less expensive mailing alternative. The letter got there 2 days before expected. Will definitely use them again. They have a lot of supplies inside as well.

I cant believe the prices at this place. I send a LOT of packages, normally just through a UPS or USPS location, so I have a decent idea of what things cost to ship. I only went to Eagle Postal because I was out of shipping materials, in a hurry, and they could pack an item for me. The packing wasnt expensive, but the shipping costs were atrocious compared to official locations for UPS or USPS. Since I was in a bind I went ahead shipped two items, but they seemed super expensive for their size and weight. When they quoted me $19 for a small box < 1lb via FedEx I knew I was being taken. Their USPS quote was even more! I eventually took the same box to USPS directly and it cost me $11 to mail 3-day priority. While I was there, I saw someone shipping a box almost identically sized (with considerable weight) to what I was sending at Eagle previously. USPS quoted them $52. My box at Eagle cost me $70! I will never ship anything through Eagle again at those prices.

I love using eagle postal centre cos of the awesome service I have received every time. Ive only dealt with very nice lady- Sherry, she is very professional, friendly and help. Its well worth paying slightly more for the postal and courier services because of the great service and no long lines. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Eagle Postal Center! I’ve had terrible experiences with both the Post Office and the UPS Store. The employees at Eagle Postal always help me find the best shipping option and help me package my items. They’re always super kind and helpful.

I have never in my life experienced amazing customer service like this until I came to this location....oh my God..i never would have thought I could receive this kind of service at a postal place because everywhere else I have been its like the people hate their jobs ... This postal center is staffed by some very helpful and friendly people. I drop off UPS and USPS packages pretty regularly and this place allows me to be in and out super quickly.

I usually don’t use postal services very often, so I Will have to reserve my opinion until I need to use them. However, I do normally use fax services, and I was forced to come here because the fax lines at FedEx were down (Btw, this is a very common occurrence at both FedEx Arlington locations, just f.y.i) The lady was super nice, the store was loaded up with goodies that you can buy another little novelty items so I will definitely be returning to this place, especially since it’s so close to that Walmart.
