Plan factory was a pleasure to work with. They did a great job designing our house from a rough sketch that we gave them. Always prompt in returning emails and are very reasonably priced. Thank you guys for your patience and work.

We had a great experience with the Plan Factory! We love our house plans, everyone is friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong with the Plan Factory.

Plans are very easy to look at online. They are easy to work with and pricing is reasonable. I definitely recommend them. Find a plan that they have in stock online, then you can customize it. Depending on how much you are customizing, it may be a redraw which is more expensive versus just by a stock plan. But you should be able to get exactly what you want, and it will be quicker and less expensive versus completely starting from scratch.

Does not work well on phone, only shows 2 plans then cant view any more.
