Great place to work.

Where do I began, this company is a very good company if your are just beginning to get into the warehouse industry. After that, there is “absolutely” no growth or room for advancements. Pay raises are minimal to none, Management is a total disaster unless you are one there “favorites” I am speaking of the Arlington Boundtree and Tri anim warehouses. Stay clear of the Boundtree side as the Supervisor is very very Unprofessional and talks more than needed. As for the actual Manager, she is nice and caring to a certain extent when having a personal conversation, but know that absolutely nothing is confidential in that office. Again I warn you about the Boundtree side, but again if you are just getting into the job market give it a shot, then of course spread your wings and fly after getting the knowledge you need to move forward. Remember this no room for advancement, extremely hot during the summer months, and the pay raises are almost nothing.SincerelyMoved on to a better place and happy
