Great people knows what they are doing, when it comes to truck Ecm I have a glider kit, they found the right program no check engine lights good job thanks Metro.

Mechanics get the job done over here. Once its fixed...its fixed. Would recommend this shop to anyone in Arlington or outlying areas. If youre passing through, need ECM or truck repair...give Larry a call.

These guys are very helpful and bench tested my ECM while I waited.

At first these guys were awesome to work with! I was so happy that i found them and they were able to expedite shipping. And the order. The ECM i needed was a series 60 detroit diesel. They processed the order programmed it and i paid extra to have them ship it overnight. I sent them the build sheet, VIN. all necessary information to get it programmed. 950 for the ECM. Great! Cheaper than other places. 450 core deposit? Great! Half the price of other places. The problems came about when i actually installed it. Everything went well. Was able to get the vehicle up and running. Get the customer on his way. But then i found that they never programmed the cruise control. Which doesnt report back to the speedometer when this isnt turned on. Ok. So now i have to pay a local guy to come out and re-program the ECM for those features. Also doesnt idle correctly. So now have to pull the valve cover and start from scratch to figure that out. $500 more dollars later and customer is ready to go. Got a notification a week later that my core was recieved. Gave it a few days and i called them to see when to expect the core depot to be refunded to help dampen the extra 500 cost for the reprogram. only to be told that they wont accept my core because they cant get it to communicate... that was the point. It was a bad ECM. I dont understand who is sending functional ecms, just because they want a new one. It was a core exchange.. there is no advertised contingencies that they only refund it if it still works.. so Im out that 450 as well. Total paid was 1900 for a $950 ECM.. Im not very happy..Maybe check out some other places before you call these guys and see if they are willing to take back bad cores and actually refund your core deposit before you go with these guys.

Took an ECM to have repaired there, it took them more than a month to order another ECM. No call backs, no status updates... If your time is money, dont bother with this place.

Great place to get an ECM! I’ve been going to these guys for over a year and I leave happy every time!! They will work with you and they offer warranty. So that leaves me with a peace of mind on the computer I’m getting done. The owner is great and they speak Spanish and English which is great for me because it’s hard finding someone who will speak Spanish and can help me with my computers. I highly recommend!! 100%

What great customer service these guys have I made the mistake of buying my ECM from another company located in this area and ended up calling Mr. Danny the owner of metro ECM he answered all my questions and was a lot more help and I have received from anyone I would recommend them 100%

Notice everytime you go they tell you your battery low in the ecm.They replace the ecm and the problem will still be there.Start filling lawsuits on this company and it will pay off in the long run truckers.Cant let them get away with the bad business they are doing.Will post my win after the lawsuit for them selling me a ecm and not warrantyring the ecm when it went bad

After checking every shop for price, maintenance, timing and every other thing you can think off this place has the best personal as prices and they will help you as much they can to get you back in road. I do recommend it to anyone who want really good service and price.

Ive been going to see Larry here for about a year. Just start the normal kind is stuff the comes up when your trucking. All if their repairs have lasted, and I cant complain about the prices. The best review​ I can give is to have them work on my truck in the future.

Honesty knowledge of they doing the rest is time and time get hotel and rest viva metro ecm

If I could I would give them less than 1 star. Have gone to them a few times and while first time was fine the last couple of times have been terrible. They didnt even even do a job we paid a lot of money for them to do. They have job to somebody else without telling us. They dont answer calls, they dont return calls and then after 2 days they dont even tell us that they cant check our truck to see what is the problem. If they cant do the job they need to tell us. Dont take a job on if you dont have the people to work on new trucks. Its the weekend and we are scrambling to find someone to check our truck. Very bad service. Have them 2 chances and they ruined them. Dont recommend them at all. Stay away.

Terrible service, stay away from these place. Took my truck in to get my turbo checked simple stuff they ask me if I wanted to converted to a smaller turbo, i dont need a convertion I wanted to get my truck checked and get it fixed simple as that....

Great place with great Mechanics

Customer service has to be the biggest priority to fix with this company. No one returns calls and everyone rushes you off the phone. My vehicle has been there for almost a week and 3 days with no one giving me updates about my vehicle. When you call no one seems to know exactly whats going on or even if you vehicle has been seen. Danny seems to be the only one trying to keep this place a float but needs serious help with customer service.
