Twice in past past month Ive tried to reach the corporate for an account security issue. Both times there was a 25+ minute wait only to be forwarded to a Voicemail that said customer service had no access to data and could not help...I should call later. Sounds to me like they just laid off the customer service department.

The only reason I hold an acct is because my husband has a Woodforest acct is near by where he can just deposit instead of paying Walmart to Walmart fees.My best friend and I walked in to open an acct here and she pulled back on opening it she got annoyed because 3 of their employees kept insisting why she didn’t open her acct. (mainly because they charge $15 for a debit card) mind you I didn’t get a debit card due to the fee. I have 2 other banks that don’t charge for Cards. Then they insisted they could wave her fee. Then I asked why they didn’t want to waive mine? ( we can only do one) my friend hated the insistent behavior and didn’t open her act after all.Nor did they offer to waive the fee for me. Here I am regretting I even opened the acct.Because I have no Debit card.

Veronica gives horrible customer service ! She cannot smile, cannot greet me, cannot say thank you. They have CCTV, is no one checking the customer service ? I loved this bank in Grand prairie! They were friendly and helpful, they were awesome !!! This feels like an entirely different company on little road. Isnt anyone training these associates any people skills or customer service ?? I googled how many bank are within 5 miles of me, just now. There are 37 different banking locations . Woodforest,,, you are not the only convenient bank the difference is the aggressively friendly service you fail

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered something online and I didn’t even receive the item so basically I was scammed. And I did a dispute but of course I didn’t receive my money back as I thought. This bank is sorry. Do not bank with them.

Hours claim 6 pm. I am here at 150 pm and was just refused service because I wanted to open a new account. Now I remember why I left Woodforest in the first place. Everyone who works here is rude and lazy.

Ive banked with them for four years. They are okay. They finally stopped charging me fees for having an account with them. I stay with them, because of their location. The staff is nice. They know me and my kids and make small talk. So, thats nice.

Everybody at this branch is super nice, helpful, and get to know you by first name. Super nice peeps. Its a Wal-mart bank for sure though.

Completely disgusted with Woodforest bank DO NOT BANK HERE THEY WILL STEAL ALL YOUR MONEY!!!!!When I first enrolled I had to pay fees for all kinds of stuff $10 for your first debit card $10 for any returned mail $10 if you dont keep money in your savings. Also once I closed my account with Woodforest I had a check that was deposited my job tried to reverse the check and rede posit it into an active account Woodforest denied it and kept my money super annoyed !

Not a great bank to go with. Bank of America is alot more better than this, just saying!
