Great atmosphere. Great service

I went and got my hair braided 2 weeks ago and already had to take them down. $160 for box braids that didnt last a month is a waste of money. I called and addressed the problem with Margaret and she stated that my type of hair would stick out the braids if using synthetic hair. I get my hair braided often with the same hair and never have I experienced anything like this. I was asked to send a picture which I did and she stated all she could see was the braids coming undone and that I could come in and she would put Glue in my hair. Oh no maam that is unacceptable. I will never go back or recommend anyone to this place!!

I am very picky when it comes to things that I need and want. I believe you get what you pay for. Every beautician is different and they do not work the same. God bless at this place.

$12 for a nape line-up. Not sure how worth it it was given I waited so long for the clippers to even work. The room wasnt even clean neither the cape and the towels. Everything was just so dirty.

Called to ask for information and got hung up on.
