My husband dropped off his car two months ago for front end work... yes I said two months ago! No communication unless I called. I called one day and one of the mechanics was playing on the phone (are you serious?).I was quoted one price and ended up paying more than double... yes double! How does that happen?When I picked up my car the engine was running different as in rough... why is that? When the only thing that they were supposed to do under the hood was straighten the valve covers!... I stopped the car in the parking lot to look under the hood, to maybe see what was going on under there. One of the mechanics came out and told me to pull around to the shop where the car quit!! Why is that?? It ran like a sewing machine when I took it in! Before getting out of the car I noticed one of my air condition vents was broken!!!! Why??? Of course the mechanic says we didnt do anything in the car! So, he goes under the hood while saying I didnt do anything under the hood... he asked when did you get this car, as if I just got it and didnt know much about it. I responded by saying Ive had it for 15 years, in other words I know about every bump and bruise from bumper to bumper!!! And on top of that Im a mechanic myself... just needed some help and I definitely chose the wrong place!The only reason I gave one star is because I had no other options!

Over a month ago, I took my car in for an alternator repair. Three days later, I had a new alternator and received my car back. The price was reasonable as well. HOWEVER, my battery light came back on after just two days of having my car, so I returned it back to Milt. Turns out that I needed a new computer. It took Milts Auto over a month to not only repair my computer, but they were lousy at giving updates on how my vehicle was. I had to call them almost every two days to see what was going on. It wasnt until today that I finally received my vehicle which was still not 100%. My rack and pinion is messed up (it wasnt when the car was given to them) and no one wanted to admit that they made a mistake that caused it to do so. I would not recommend getting ANY type of service done at Milts Auto Repair unless you dont mind mediocre customer service.

Great service, always done right the first time. Ive had A/C fixed, brake job, and 4 wheel drive fixed, completely happy with the service and hospitality. Will definitely go back.

Only mechanic I will ever use again!!!! Had about 20 incoming cars in front of me and I still got my car back within 3 days!!! Amazing service! Mr. Milton is very educated and understanding!! Didn’t make fun of me for driving so hard ;) now my car is driving like NEW!!!Fiancé’s engine was replaced here years ago and my grandmother just picked her car up last week for some maintenance! Do yourself a favor and GO TO MILTS!!!!

The work done exceeded my expectations and the cost was very reasonable.

They seemed to be hard working and honest. Although when I did use them for the car I just bought, I had several questions for the owner. And he never was there when they said he would be. So I still have unanswered questions about a different vehicle.

Milt has worked on mine and my familys cars for over 15 years. They have always done a great job and at a affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone!

Horrible service they would never give you a call to tell you status in vechile. The lady would always say he was out to lunch or out of office. My car was fixed according to them and runs smooth. So we pick it up for it only to make it half way home before over heating. So obviously the didn’t fix it and doesn’t run smooth. They wanted to charge me 1600 more to fix the car. Now telling me i owe for tow and diagnostic since i didn’t go with them to repair i found some to charge 1100. They are a rip off and the lady was calling me rude and laughing at me on the phone.

I TRUST everything these guys do. They will do whats right every time at a fair price. Been with them for 10 years with older vehicles, and never EVER had to second guess anything.

These guys are great. While not the cheapest the around I feel that they are honest and dont try to oversell or create additional problems that woud force more repairs. I can usually drop off my truck the day before and it is ready the next day. I can also stop by and talk to Milt directly to discuss issues and plan what i need to have done. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. Never have I ever been so disrespected in my life from a receptionist. She yelled at me saying its not her fault that after we brought our car in for one problem not even two days later we have 3 more problems. So ridiculous.

Fast affordable work, been comming here for years across numerous owned vehicles, went it to replace a wheel hub bearing assembly and an oil pressure sender last month, was in and out in an hour and a half, only downside is they dont warranty their work

This place is always lying! They constantly will tell you that your car will be ready at one time and its always hours later-Ive had to sit up there for hours waiting on my car. The woman at the front is also not NICE AT ALL! She has no customer service skills what so ever. She will tell me they are working on my car-I drive down there-the cars in the same place I left it! SERIOUSLY-DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE THERE! Their service and work are both shotty!
