After taking my truck to a few shops for a suspension issue and getting nowhere I dropped it off at Jerry’s for another opinion. These guys had it figured out pretty much as soon as it was on the lift and gave me a fair estimate to fix it. The work was quick and no hidden costs. I’ve referred a couple of other people to them and they’ve all been happy as well.

I started going to Jerrys about 6 months ago, after being a longtime customer of City Garage. I went it the 1st time for a 2nd opinion and decided to give them my business going forward. They have worked on all 3 of my vehicles since, anywhere from an oil change to more serious work. Time and time again, I am blown away by their excellent customer service, and quality of work. I’m a professional ASE mechanic of 33 years in gasoline and Diesel engines and retired now and ran into one of his customers an elderly woman, a stroke survivor that was having car issues at a QT on little road and Hwy 287. She stated that she had just got it out of Jerry’s general shop and had spent over $1100.Cause it had supposedly so hot that the radiator melted that not even the radiator cap could be installed so they replaced the radiator, radiator cap.thermostat, coolant, one spark plug and added two pints of copper seal.I found that his repairs were deceptive and DISHONEST cause in all my years I’ve never seen or heard of a radiator melting!! Definitely over charged for the work that she had received.The car overheated immediately and was stranded late at night. Get a second or as many opinions and beware of this shop !!!!

So fantastic. I went to another place before here to try to get my inspection done today and they couldnt fit me in before they closed. Coming to Jerrys I expected the same thing, but they were more than happy to help me out. The customer service was great as the man I spoke to was both friendly and professional. The inspection took no time at all - from the time I pulled in the parking lot, I couldnt have been there longer than 15 minutes. Needless to say, I had never been here before, but will always go here first from now on.

My sons car recently broke down. I think having car problems can be one of the worst things to happen adding that we are both essential workers. I cant say enough good things about Jerrys. First we were called and given details on what was wrong and the price it would be to fix it. Communication is key! Second the car was fixed the same day we had it towed in for service. These guys are very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and polite. If you need to leave your vehicle, they offer a courtesy ride so you dont have to sit there. If you decide to wait, they have Wi-Fi, handicap accessible space is also available. I am very pleased with the services that me and my family have encountered thus far and there prices arent bad either.

Update:Bumped down to 1 star. The brake light switch failed again. Given that I spent $200 bucks with this shop, I decided watch a YT video and to replace the part at oreilys. Apparently, the part the shop installed was identical to oreilys $20.00 part ( I also went to autozone who had a different part). The swap took me 15 minutes. Problem solved.All in all, I figured the shops diagnosis and labor would be at most 1 hour. Which is how long it took for me to receive the call to pick up the car. $178 dollar for an hr? Thats more than my doctor charges me...Original post:Seems like a good shop, however I was charged 198$ for a brake light switch replacement. That is not a reasonable price for that job. Google it.Had it not been a safety hazzard to be on the road, I would of gone to another shop.Its a shame because its a local shop but I wont be back. *

I took my car here for inspection a while back. the guy said i needed new windshield wiper blades in order to pass inspection. he offered to sell me a set for like $42 dollars. seeing as i had replaced my wiper blades only a year or two before, i just went somewhere else.
