I just got my Honda serviced over here at Browns Honda. Ive got nothing but, good things to say about my service here unlike, that one Honda dealership in Falls Church. Judith was the person who helped me serviced my car. Judith was very helpful throughout my whole experience and gave me helpful recommendations in regards of my car. These guys got my car serviced in a timely fashion. They gave me a reasonable price for my cars service as well! Im most definitely going back here to get my Honda serviced here again!

Marc Perez was an excellent service rep throughout weeks-long repair/insurance issues on my Honda Civic. Marc was very easy to communicate with and was always keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. He even noted some maintenance issues that were unrelated to the repairs and took care of those as well. I will definitely be coming back to Brown’s for my services in the future!

Best dealership, I highly recommend going there!! I bought my first car at Browns Arlington Honda. Jose in the sales department was able to help me find the perfect Honda Accord. It was a smooth experience. He was very kind, and knowledgeable. Ever since I got my Honda Accord, I have been taking it to their service department. The staff are very professional, respectful, and overall extremely helpful. They perform all the maintenance on my Accord in a timely manner, and always keep my car running in a great condition with honest recommendations and fair prices. Im grateful for the honest and helpful people at Browns Arlington Honda. I had a simple issue that had me stumped. The car radio was locked out, and I couldnt find the code to unlock it. A different Honda dealership down the road took a look, and told me to schedule an appointment for at least a $70 procedure to remove the system and investigate. That didnt feel right, so I came to Browns next on the advice of a friend, and Im glad I did! Thanks to Ernesto and a colleague whose name I didnt get, who immediately knew where to find the code and got me set back up in a jiffy with no charge (and no removal of anything--the code is on a sticker in the glovebox--now I know!). Fellow Honda owners, please take your business to these honest, friendly people at Browns, and have a good day.

All of the people we interacted with were so helpful and encouraging! Our salesperson, Erica, was very enthusiastic and genuine throughout the entire car buying process. She was very warm and made us feel comfortable. She did a great job directing us through the test drive knowing we weren’t comfortable/familiar with the area. The financial representative, Jake, was also very genuine and understanding when it came to our budget. My sister bought the 2021 Civic Hatchback from Erica at Browns Arlington Honda. So naturally I followed after my sister. Erica was cool and laid back, I felt like I was talking to a friend and she made the process so easy. Most important for me she was very honest. I really liked that she was a woman too. What made it even better is that she has a referral program and paid my sister $100 after I bought my car. I recommend her 100%. I wanted to leave this review specifically for Erica Patterson who provided exceptional service in helping me secure a 2021 Honda Civic lease that I came in for after seeing ads for their memorial day deals. As a young woman going to a car dealership for the first time, Erica provided a really warm experience and she was very knowledgeable about the cars. She patiently listened to my concerns and preferences, test drove numerous options with me, showed me every color I wanted to see even if they were in a different lot and overall really made sure I was getting exactly what I want. I really appreciated her genuinely friendly demeanor and how she didnt make continuous attempts to aggressively oversell me like car sales people are known to do. Erica stated she was newer to the dealership, but by far made my experience a really pleasant one. Shes a gem and I hope this place can keep her!

I have tried calling this car dealership 20 times over the course of a week to have my side mirror replaced. All but two times I was forced to leave a voicemail. No one ever responded to my voicemails about ordering the part and whether it would be available by my service appointment. When I used the online chat feature it stated that they would reach back out to me the day before my appointment stating whether the part was in stock, but they never got back to me. Similarly, when I was able to get through to a person they both stated they would circle back to me before my appointment but no one ever did.

When I called to make an appointment the day before, Nico offered to have a car pick me up from the metro stop which was pleasantly surprising. He was very nice and patient as I waiting to make a decision. Nico also worked with me to get the price a little lower.The best part of my experience was the salesperson, Fred Hubig aka Big Fred aka Grandpa! He was so kind and honest throughout the experience and honestly made me feel like he cared about my experience and purchase. Im a young woman purchasing a car by myself for the first time. My family lives all the way in Texas so I dont have anyone to consult, but Fred made me feel so safe and taken care of. I loved hearing his stories about his time in Vietnam and his family. He was wonderful and a real pleasure to be around.

If you want genuine, honest, swift service you need to ask for Dominque Campbell Sales Manager here at Browns. He made my experience seem-less. My work schedule is very demanding so all of my transaction was completed via email/phone. He was quick to respond and very informative. He even set it up that I could have the car and the documents brought to me. It felt like a “Red Carpet” experience. Which was so appreciated. If all of car buying experiences were this way- people would be happy to buy more cars more often!!

When I arrived to get my car serviced on 8/13/21, NO ONE greeted me. I stood in the lobby in front of Marcos Perez, Marc Perez and Jorge Perez for 30 mins and no one asked me what I needed. There was so line and nor were there any other clients waiting in the lobby. These employees displayed horrible customer service and I plan to never recommend this place. I am also reaching out to the corporate office in encourage customer service/employee reform at this location.

I liked Mr. Wade Nevins, quite a bit, because he was proper about the way he spoke with us in terms of what exactly we needed to have and what exactly was expected of us to purchase our new vehicle. I visited Browns with my son looking for a vehicle after he had been in an accident and our previous Honda Accord saved his life. We werent sure exactly what we were looking for but knew we wanted another Honda. Browns has always taken care of us but Erica took it above and beyond. Be weary of this dealership. Ask up front what all the charges are going to be. I recently had a $443 invoice whereupon they added over $60.00 in shop supplies. I am in this industry and this is price gouging. $54.09 of my total bill was parts and the other $388 labor. They don’t disclose this charge up front.They are also using a flat rate system for repairs. For example I was told by their salesman that I needed a front seal and it was going to be $350.00. $24 for the seal and the other was labor for a job that didn’t take an hour. What should happen is they should list the hourly rate and the amount of hours the labor guide says the job should take. That isn’t the case. They are overcharging. The coupons they provide are fine but they are more than making up for them in other charges.I have it in good authority that service writers/salesmen are getting a commission on what extras they can sell you when you are in for your “$10.00” off oil change. So in the case of the leaking seal I asked how bad it was and he says “let me check” and he comes back and says “it looks pretty bad”. Is that his commission talking or an honest answer and how would he know anyway.Last but not least is they called me on Monday after my visit and I told the woman how unhappy I was and I wanted the service manager to call me about the charges. He has yet to call.I bought the car new there in 2011 and it has had all repairs there including tires brakes you name it. But I won’t be back. I won’t buy another car there. All over this one experience. I’m guessing COVID put a hurt on their bottom line and they are trying to make up for it. They can do that to the rest of you going forward as I will not be back to Brown’s Arlington Honda.

We were blown away by our positive experience. We walked into the showroom and were immediately by Zaman who was genuine and incredibly patient. He showed us several cars, explained our options simply including purchasing and leasing. He even helped us setup the car after he handed the keys to us. I have only been here for recall repair work on two occasions, but the staff has been very helpful and considerate. The lounge area is equipped with a great coffee machine and comfortable chairs. The area is clean, and the staff has maintained good cleaning habits during the COVID-19 era. There arent too many stores nearby to peruse, but the neighborhoods and parks nearby make for great walking on a nice day. Will definitely go back here for any further car work needed. Thanks!

It can be stressful when there are issues with your car, especially when you only recently purchased it. I bought a used Honda Civic out of state at an unaffiliated dealership and had a number of issues that Judy in the service department at Browns Arlington Honda has helped me with and shes been amazing! I first brought my car to Browns because the out of state dealership sold me a car without a second key and didnt want to bother taking the time to program a second key even after I offered to pay for one. I was weary about having to go back to a dealership after that experience but I knew I needed a second key that only an authorized Honda dealer could provide me and a front license plate mount (I also received the car without this and I didnt want to drill holes into the bumper myself) so I chose Browns and Im glad I did. Since that initial visit Ive brought my car in for a number of other things including when summer began and I found out the air conditioning in the car wasnt working. Each time Ive worked with Judy and always gotten excellent service. She always remembers my name and I always get my car back the same day. Its been frustrating to have this many issues with a newly purchased car with less than 12k miles on it but Judy and Browns have made things easy and seamless. I highly recommend reaching out to Judy if you need your car serviced.

The overall service provided by Zaman was top notch . He answered all our questions and always had a prompt response. Ha was very kind in giving us a ride from the metro station. He was never too pushy and had always a very positive attitude in trying to make us happy with the car selection and deal conditions.The only reason for a 4 stars is the 3 hours needed at the store to close the deal, mostly to address issues with the finance guy, who was also very kind, but it was an exhausting experience.

My husband and I bought our 2021 Honda CRV here in April. That process was good- and we got a good deal on the car. However, it has been a literal nightmare trying to get the title from the dealership sent over to the bank that we leased with. We bought the car the first weekend in April, paid for the car to be registered in Washington, DC (where we lived) and it never got done. By the end of May, we were moving to New Jersey and told the DMV (who had been contacting us about having a new car, but no registration for the car) to void the cars registration because we were moving and would need to change licenses plates/registration anyway. We contacted the dealer (specifically Kessanara Nguni who was overseeing this process) and asked her what was going on and why this hadn’t been done. We also received calls from the lien holder asking for the title to the vehicle- which we assumed had been sent to the bank. When we contacted Kessanara again we asked her to send us new temp tags -because ours were 2 months expired at this point- and to send the title to the lien holder ASAP. A month later this still hasn’t been done and no one will return my husbands calls or emails. We spoke with the lien holder today and they have contacted the dealership multiple times for the title too and haven’t succeeded in it being sent to them. Beware buying cars from here.

Buying a car can be a pain. Especially when you have to deal with a salesperson who tries to pressure into buying a car when you arent ready. Wade was really understanding and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process...and he carried an all around happy to help you vibe.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience while trying to buy a car from this dealership. Apparently a quote from TrueCar is not accurate enough. I had to walk away from the deal due to significant charges not disclosed and that are apparently non-negotiable as it was explained to me.

After shopping around for a new Honda as they are great cars I all but gave up. I literally walked in at the opening of business on a Sunday with no appointment and walked into Zaman a humble car salesman. This gentlemen stopped what he was doing to help me out regardless of the way I looked or spoke and did not pull any fast talking or tricky things. He listened to what I expected and made it happen! We made a deal and I went to finance manager without ever seeing the car I was leasing because how great this team was! I would 10/10 recommend Browns Honda for repeat business. Zaman is the go to guy and will save you a massive amount of time!

I went in for an oil change and tire pressure check. The service advisor was professional and helpful. They have a courtesy shuttle service, so I didn’t have to wait for hours at the waiting area. I got a call when the service was done, and they came to pick me up shortly. When I picked up the car, my car was washed and everything was up to my expectation. 👍🏻

Be warned, I echo some of the peoples experiences on here regarding the dealers sneaky way of adding multiple various fees, over three thousands after a price of purchase was agreed on (over 2k after sales tax). The sales general manager(Abdi) was the culprit, he is a crook and a true salesman with his lies and gimmicks. He gets very disrespectful and condescending when you question the various fees. It is his method of, I am nice and pleasant to work with until you ask the obvious questions about the fees. I was never disrespected in this fashion ever before. My absolute recommendation to everyone, steer clear of Browns Honda New car Sales Department. Everyone else I dealt with Polo and the finance department were actually very nice to work with. The one star rating is for the sales general manager and not his crew. I had a magnificent experience at Fairfax Honda a couple of years ago. And I thought I would use the dealer closer to me this time. Big mistake.
