This location is great and very responsive.As it stands, Im not sure if its an allstate policy now or this location but they no longer allow you to pay using your credit card and recieve the discount of paying everything up front. You actually have to have you checking account linked to pay now.... and that I do not like cause now Im no longer receiving a discount nor the points on my card. Im sure this might have something to do with haveing to pay to the credit companies to process the payment action but not a fan of this policy change at all.
I love the drivewise app, I already received a check for 6 months if good driving.

I have been a client of both Allstate and Jeffrey for ten+ years. Bundle pricing of home, auto and umbrella was highly attractive. Had an auto accident and filed a claim. The claims department did not have an adjuster and Allstate has their own ap to assess the damage remotely. There has been a constant battle between the claims department and the repair shop. Its been over six weeks of bickering and my car is still not repaired. The administrative staff has been great, the claims department a disaster. Please just get my car fixed.
Throughout the years I have been with several insurance companies. Allstate insurance, with their excellent customer service, compassion and understanding to their clients needs, has out shined them all. They are a great company with a great team of representatives.

I stopped by your office today in the middle of the afternoon because I saw your sprinkler system on. I question the sustainability of your office for 3 reasons: You were watering in the non watering hours between 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; you were watering on a day designated only for residential properties, not businesses and you were watering after we have had a good rainfall. We are in a drought. Your office staff seemed smug about the entire thing when I explained this. Sustainability of our environment in a drought is just common sense. We all need to do our part; this is good business for you, for your clients and for the residents of Arlington. Please educate yourself on the city ordinances.
I had an accident back on June, 18 2018 and it took them 9 days to call me after the fact. I cancelled their service on June, 28th and they mailed me a letter saying service was cancelled July, 3rd and wanted me to pay for a service I no longer need or want.Last time I ever deal with Alstate Insurance... You lost a valued customer 100%.
