This is the worst insurance agent. He is never in the office. He bought my account. He has never been available to talk to. They tell me that he might return my call in 4 business days.State Farm has mis-reported my car accidents and my daughter’s car accidents as our fault. They refuse to go to bat for you. They simply take Geico’s word. When a 80 year old lady who cannot see, walks with a cane, does not carry her driver’s license or registration runs into you at a traffic light, then State Farm believes her word that you backed into her. This is just one of the accidents that we thought we were covered for but came to find out that State Farm is blaming us for.When a lady is driving through a parking lot, staring intently at the stores at 90 degrees from the direction she used driving, and she runs into you, State Farm calls you at fault.When your daughter’s car gets hit while parked on the street, State Farm’s calls it your fault.So, when they drop your insurance because they don’t listen to you, ignore police reports and take the word of opposing insurance companies, watch out. Your insurance costs will triple because they don’t care about their customers and can’t be bothered to stick up for you against other insurance companies.Karrina Brown.

Ive been a customer here art this specific office since 2013 and have had my fair share of vehicle related issues, mostly things which occurred due to not knowing something we required for my action which then resulted in a disaster with the DMV and/or my insurance. Through it all though Ive worked with Aleyla Duncan who has always gone above and beyond to provide instructions for me to remedy the issue and also been SUPER responsive, even being available after hours for me during crisis moments. This office is THE BEST!! When I first moved to the DMV area 5 years ago I needed new car insurance, I picked David Seidels office simply because it was nearby. I have moved a handful of times since then, have been in accidents, and changed cars many times. Throughout the past 5 years, Aleyla Duncan has been there for all of it. I never thought I could have such a great relationship with my insurance office and it gives me so much peace of mind to know Aleya will be there for whatever happens. She is extremely responsive and takes the time to explain everything out to me when I need. I love that I have a go-to person at State Farm and I never have to worry. At 54, Ive worked with many insurance agents over the years and think David is simply super!I really appreciate his personal attention and expert advice .

Lost coverage due to non payment (my fault switched cars and didnt pay the rest of the 6 months off) but they only sent anemail and never called or followed up in any way shape or form after that. I have been paying 6 months in full at a time since I started with them in 2015. I have multiple policies with State Farm and been a customer with them over over a decade.

Dave is a SUPER nice guy. I work with them professionally, and its always a good experience.

I have had a terrible experience with this insurance agent. I was a State Farm customer in GA and therefore simply transferred my policy to VA; however, Im surely regretting that choice.I have had terrible customer service issues with this agent and have continued to receive false information from his staff. I am currently only using State Farm to insure my condo - twice my mortgage company has sent checks to David at State Farm (following the directions in the invoice) and Davids team has lost the check - resulting in State Farm threatening to cancel my policy due to a late payment. In addition, his staff has now provided me with conflicting information on multiple occasions (specifically what IS covered and and what is NOT covered under my policy).Working with this agent has been a true nightmare and I can only imagine how terrible it would be if I had to actually process a claim.

I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone. I had a very bad experience with this insurance. I had 2 car accidents and they did not want to pay for the repair of my cars because the person who crashed me said it was not their fault. Now what This company does is to agree with the other insurance company that my car crashed is not to pay for the accident expenses. In a word they wash their hands well washed, be CAREFUL if you need a full cover you have one to pay separately for and I CANCEL MY POLICIES A MONTH AGO AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND BECAUSE I PAY FOR 6 MONTHS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE COMPANY
