Everyone here has been very professional and accommodating. At times I had to push for a quick deadline and Sia and image360 communicated with me all of the way through to make sure that I not only hit my deadline but that I was happy with the product that was purchased and installed. The installer was very polite and before leaving made sure that I was happy and was willing to make any adjustments if needed. My service here has also been coupled with advice that has saved me money.

Excellent speedy customer service and installation. Have used them multiple times for various projects and even had frosted glass lettering installed at one of my properties in less than 24 hours. The in house graphics department were able to make adjustments to logos so they are properly displayed on our doors without being distorted. Will continue to use them as my go to sign company.

The turn around was excellent for my street sign and store hours. I gave them the files on Thursday and had it sized, printed, and delivered by Monday. It was a bit of a rush order, but they handled it for me.

BEFORE STARTING LET ME POINT OUT THAT ONE OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE IS FROM THE OWNER HIMSELF. Safe to assume no real customers had anything good to say.I contacted Signs by Tomorrow on Tuesday, 9/13/16, and asked John Bowen (the owner) if they could produce a banner for me by Thursday, 9/15/16, morning. I went on to express the urgency with which I needed this banner since the embassy of El Salvador, my client, had requested it for an Independence Day event they had that Thursday evening. John told me with confidence that he can have the sign by the next day, Wednesday the 14th, as long as I got him the files immediately and quoted me the price of $150 (all fees included). Right away I ask my designer to get the files ready and over to John so that he can get started right away. All goes well, but I dont hear back from John so I decided to call him. One of his staff members, another John, answered the phone and informed me that their internet was down. Since I urgently needed this banner, and had already passed my deadline to order from other vendors, I decided to visit their shop in person.Upon arriving, I was informed by John Bowen that their Internet was still down and he could no longer get it by the next day since he couldnt open his email. I asked him if I provided the files to him via USB thumb drive if he could get it done by Thursday morning for the same cost. He answered with, yes, no problem. After uploading the design file in numerous different formats onto the flash drive he had provided me, I handed him the drive and he proceeded to check the files. He stated that everything was good to go and that the files were the correct dimensions. HE ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GO and that he would email me the invoice and credit card authorization form.The next morning I receive an invoice for the amount of $166, $16 more than we had agreed upon, but I decided not to make it an issue. That very afternoon, less than 24 hours before the banner was due, I receive an email from John stating that he can no longer print the banner because the size of the graphic is too small. After having told me it was the proper size and we were good to go, he tells me the file is too small and he cant print. I ask my designer to speak with him and my designer calls me back laughing stating that when it came to production time John had opened the wrong file and hadnt opened the attachment we had sent him originally (the very same attachment he had approved), instead he was copying the thumbnail. John then calls me and tells me that the price of the banner had gone up to $266 since he now had to pay extra for next day shipping. So their internet was down and I managed to work through it, they approved the design just to make the mistake of using the wrong image come production time, yet I have to pay for the expedited shipping???After expressing my discontent, John proceeded to tell me he didnt have time for me and that I either paid him or he would cancel the order. Knowing how important this banner was to me he price gouged me and forced me to pay a shipping surcharge that was not disclosed beforehand for mistakes he and his team had made.I wont reduce myself to name calling, but Im sure you can deduce your own titles for John and his shop after reading my experience. JUST MAKE SURE TO AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!
