STAY AWAY! Brian Z (he wouldn’t tell me his last name. He said Brian Z extension 276). Ok so, the sales person was enthusiastic and very professional. Promised me to have my ad professionally designed and in the golf course before some big tournament that was coming up in a couple of weeks. Well, a month later I called to check on the status of my art work, and it had not been worked on. They then had someone quickly piece a few pics together and send to me for approval. It was like they used Pic collage or something. I requested to cancel the ad and a refund, then the file was sent to another designer, named Daniel who did a great job on the new design. However, my ad was never sent to the golf course. Another month passed by and I called Bench Craft to ask what is going on. Brian was super ignorant and disrespectful. I again requested a refund and he said that I am wasting my time because I will not get a refund. I am now filing a small claim in court for a petty $450 refund. The money isn’t the concern. The issue is that the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in life. Please do not do business with them.

Had a really good experience, and they actually help me create a logo and a QR Code to show us how much business we are getting from the course everything went smooth and for marketing it’s a really good price highly recommend.

Unethical, Terrible company, poor customer service.I signed on for an ad, they charged me twice. When they tried to charge me a third time I asked the rep to call me. I called multiple times and after multiple attempts I finally get a call back from a rude and disrespectful rep. Never spoken to him before. Absolutely rude, yelling on the phone. He put me on hold and someone else picked it up and hung up on me. I called back and nobody would answer. I kept getting told I can only speak with the rep on my account who would never call me back or address me.Save your money, save your company. DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Didnt research beforehand :(Had a pleasant conversation and ad design experience starting everything off. Then after a few up sell attempts that I turned down, I saw that I had been double charged. Attempted to get that resolved for over a week now, and have only been told they dont allow refunds even after explaining the situation. Brian Zimmer was the customer service rep who was very rude and dodgy.Absolutely do not recommend, as they make excuses and just want the money as almost every single review on here will show.Update : 8 months later and still have no response from Brian or anyone else. No retuned calls or emails

Bench Craft contacted me about a sponsorship for $395 for one year I thought that was an ok deal for my small business a few months later they said I owe another $700 I explained that I only had a year subscription and I had paid in full. They then said I actually signed a contract for two years so I paid. Then a few weeks later they said I owe another $700 by then I was very upset and looked at my contract it was very clear that I had signed up for one year for $395. Everyone I have talked to has been very misleading and unprofessional! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is about as shady as it gets. They will non stop harass you and call you to get more and more money out of you. Their managers Troy will even cuss you out after being called out for shady business techniques. If I could give less than a one on their business I would. I would save your self the trouble and spend money elsewhere.

Wad terminated after a week. They tried to say I was contacted by corporate and that I was told I was let go but instead I drove 40 min to be told I no longer have a job. I asked when I could pick up my paycheck and they told me it would be coming asap by mail but I have not recieved it. This company is very misleading and unethical. If you take the job there is potential to make money but have a backup because they will let you go just as fast as they hired you.

Very unethical company! Customer service is not good at all. Everyone except the sales person is rude, will not return calls, and hard to work with. My last call was a sales person (trying get me to purchase even more advertising) that left me a message saying she was the project coordinator for the golf course and needed some a/c work done! All a lie so I would call her back. Don not work with this company!

So sad I didnt read reviews before I did business with this company! We agreed to an ad, and the next thing I knew I had paid for multiple ads! They called and told me that an advertisor had back out and they needed to fill a space, so they asked if I would take over the additional space for an additional amount and they would give me 2 free years, I said no thanks I do not want to spend any more money. Then they let me know that they would send over a text to confirm that I only wanted my orignal purchase no changes! I again ask to confirm that I was not adding anything, he assured me I was not. He then called my office number, not my cell phone that he had just spoke with me on, and let them know that the credit card they had on file was not working and that they needed the number again. My manager knowing that we had purchased something from this company assumed this was legit and gave them the number. They charged my card $395 for an ad that I did not authorize! I have called this company 3 times, they always say they will get back to me within the hour to resolve this, havent heard back from them!

This is my experience:- Company called saying they are doing advertising at a specific golf course. We already do a lot of business in this area, so I thought, hey, why not. Seems affordable.- A couple days later they called up again and gave me some reason along the lines of we are just starting at another golf course in Grapevine, and were having a hard time filling the spots, so we will give you a buy one get one year free. So youll be paying for one year ($395) at one golf course and another year ($395) at grapevine, but youll get 2 years free. I thought, hey what a good deal, Ill do that.- They send over a contract which matches what they agreed to. I paid for both within a couple days of each other.- I send in my artwork, and the proof they sent back was the exact same thing I sent them, but on a white background. I became suspicious, but I approved it anyway with the justification of they probably dont have the scorecards made up yet.- Almost 4 months pass and Ive kind of forgotten about it, but I receive a call from another rep saying Hey we have another golf course in Westlake that we cant really sell for because its too late in the year, we are happy to give you 2 years free on that. Weve also sent out the scorecards at Robson and Grapevine. They then send me a contract saying Westlake golf course $790, Grapevine golf course $0. I was suspicious and asked him about it, but said to trust him based off what he said verbally. So I foolishly said ok.- They charge my card $395, which I still dont understand. Since all I originally wanted was a year at Robson and a buy on get one free year at Grapevine, I called and complained and asked for a refund and to see the actual artwork that they sent out. After a long conversation with them defending themselves and me trying to explain how the different contracts they sent dont make sense, they agreed to 3 things: Theyll send a $395 refund, and theyll send me the artwork, and they will not advertise at Westlake. I agreed.- Its now a month later and I havent seen a refund, I havent seen the completed artwork, and Im pissed.- Dont trust them, bench craft is sleezy.

Same story as everyone else, took our money and ran and they do not have a contract with the golf course. The customer service reps are very rude and hostile! Will be calling BBB and all the other companys on the golf ad to let them know that their advertising was a waste by this company and all their empty promises. And they also blame the golf course as I see they do with the other reviewers posting. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

Very unprofessional. Yelling and cursing from others while on the phone with other potential clients. Fat lady sits in corner screaming that sales for the week suck and to step it up... but doesnt take one step away from her desk. Horrible telemarketing experience.
