Great store for sewing supplies. Really happy with customer service. Arelene from the Viking store really helped us through the process of getting the rarest needles!

OK. Dont buy from this kiosk and expect anything like friendly customer service if you have a question later. I was having difficulty with tension and puckering and how to effectively use the various settings to get what I wanted. At her request, I brought the machine in. I also brought samples of the problem, the thread I was using, and scraps of the fabric to potentially run tests. Rather than spending some time interacting with me so I could ask questions and get a better understanding of the machine, she plugged it in, chose some of her fabric (which was a much different texture than the subject fabric), put in her own needle, ran a few lines of stitching and said, Theres nothing wrong with the machine. Well, I didnt think nor did I ever say I thought there was something wrong with the machine, I just wanted a better understanding of how to use its features to solve the problem I was having or, possibly, to know that my use of the features created my problem. I was unable to get my questions in due to her centeredness on getting me the heck out of there. All I could do was ask a few questions clarifying what she said about needles. I guess when I said I had many other size needles at home, she lost what little interest she had in me because I wasnt going to make a purchase. Now, its not like she was busy. There was another employee there and they were having a conversation. There werent any other customers. This is so disappointing that Im ready to head out to Roberts Sewing Center in Plainfield to buy a Pfaff and sell this Viking to someone else. It may very well be worth taking the loss.

12/27 1:40pm. The saleswoman was rude generally but she also allowed a MASKLESS customer to shop and talk in the cramped display area. With service like this, its no wonder more people just buy online!

This Viking store is really great! They are very helpful and go above and beyond to assist in anyway. The classes they offer are fun and creative! Bea is so knowledgeable, very kind and makes the classes so great, it is like going to a retreat each time!!

They are the best. So helpful. So encouraging. Just the best. I would not have purchased my Diamond without knowing they are there to help. Just the best.
