Laura Browere managed to sell our home in the middle of a pandemic - and then turned around and helped us find a home we were excited to purchase. She has an extensive network of reliable contacts for everyone you may need to complete the process - lawyers, handymen, landscapers - you name it, shes got someone who does it! Someone in my neighborhood commented that we had chosen well, because other realtors yard signs went up and stayed up, but Lauras went up and came down - because she sold houses! Results count - and Laura delivers.

Me 1st, customer 2nd Realtor. An above market commission, a year commitment and she wanted a cancellation fee that would be close to 40% of her net if she doesnt sell the place. So if you do nothing but list it online, you make most of what you do if you actually try to sell it. The realtor that referred me said she cant sell your place. Duh. So I didnt hire her. I need someone that is going to work and not make excuses. She was laying the groundwork for not being able to sell it, finger pointing and still collecting a fee. Go elsewhere, because you can get a lower commission rate, a shorter term and no cancellation fee. It is also my opinion that she does not believe in her services because if you did, you would not worry about what happens when you do a bad job and dont sell a place before you do actually do a bad job.
