Very nice clean hotel room. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The mattress was very comfortable. It would get a 5 if there was a nightstand on both sides of the beds. The pool and pool area were clean and had a nice atmosphere. We will stay here again when visiting our son and daughter in law.

I had my wedding room block at this hotel. We were told if we have 10 guests book rooms, our honeymoon suite would be free. I got a call from the hotel on the Thursday before my wedding (which was on Saturday) confirming my honeymoon suite - I received an email confirmation as well. My husband and I arrived at the hotel on Saturday night at 3:30am after the reception concluded and the front desk tells us there is no room for us.... nothing reserved. First, that makes no sense... do they send out BS reservation emails or what was the point of my Thursday phone call with the hotel staff alleging they were making a reservation for us? We brought the hotel 15 guest rooms of business and for my own wedding block, we didnt have a room ready for the newly weds? Not something newly weds (or any guest in general) should have to deal with at 3:30am, especially after being told that a reservation was made and ready. Then, I look at my credit card today and see I was still charged for the room! Additionally, the hotel put out a sign in the lobby regarding our room block and the last sentence on the sign said we will run shuttles to and from the reception venue until all guests are brought back. Well, I called the hotel that night asking for another shuttle run since we had to stay to clean up after the reception, and they refused to send another one. If the hotel will only run a certain amount of shuttles - fine - but then why write that lie on your sign in the lobby? Everything about this hotel is just off... do not recommend unless you want a headache to deal with.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean as is the hotel itself. My only complaint is getting into the pool. Our room key didnt work and neither did our pool key. Thankfully there was a nice person who let us in.

Positive: Staff was outstanding. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Negative: The room had an odd set up/ layout. The sofa in the room desperately needed replaced, very uncomfortable to sit on.there was a large wardrobe against the wall as you walked into the room very strange set up. Wish there would have been another mirror.

This is a former Courtyard by Marriott! Nice business hotel with pre-packaged food you can purchase for breakfast at nominal cost. Fresh brewed coffee is included in the price. Ill be back!!!

Smell room. Sliding glass door on first floor does not work properly. I changed rooms 3 times to tired to move again.Good thing I am only here for 1 night

It was really good but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because sometimes if you go under water or put your face in the water of the pool your face might sting a little bit would not recommend swimming in the pool

Its difficult to rate during Covid. We have not seen other customers, so I feel safe. For the most part, the employees wear masks properly. They have a box breakfast to eat in your room. We stayed 5 days and it was a muffin and cereal bar every morning. I would prefer a piece of fruit instead of the cereal bar. Clean and spacious for 2 queen beds.

I realy loved the suite we had with the balcony although balcony had alot of spiders and webs they should definetely clean the balcony as; f its apart of the room some of us really enjoy the veiws would go again tho loved it

I had a room block from June 25 thru the 27th for the Whitlock wedding, and I must say from the beginning of our stay until the end was absolutely amazing, we had over 50 rooms booked and had not 1 problem, the rooms were really clean the staff was very pleasant, every last one of them, especially the morning shift, they had breakfast set out for my entire family, I love the fact that they gave me and my bridesmaids a bridal room on the first floor where they set up tables, mirrors, and shades for us to get ready, it was big enough for my beautician and 2 make up artist plus me and my 11 bridesmaids, they always checked on us to make sure we were good, if I’m ever in that area for anything imma definitely stop by and hug them and thank them again for such an amazing time we had there, I actually left the top part of my wedding cake in the lobby and forgot all about it, I called the next day and they had put it in their fridge for me, I was able to drive back and get it, that meant everything to me, once again thank you all so much, FROM THE WHITLOCKS

Great hotel but the prices are way to high for the rooms there out dated they used to be a different name until they changed it to sonesta salect then they we r going to update but there using the covid 19 still and raised the rates from $59 dollars to $89.00 & up and still no up dates until 22

The worse hotel I ever stayed booked over expedia arrived 11pm, receptionist was dirty and rude, gave us the keys I got to the door was not working went back tow reception she already knew door was not working maintenance person opened the door with Wire and told us that room was already communicated as not working toilet was missing water connection he tried to fix I went back they did not help to find another room and I left to other hotel, DO NOT STAY THERE GUETTO.

Positive: Affordable & Nearby Negative: Room #206 smelled moldy. The ceiling above the desk looks like it has water issues from the floor above.

Positive: The balcony was a nice feature, the pool, room was nice and bed was comfortable. Negative: Breakfast not include in already heafty price.

Its a clean looking hotel but its smells dirty.. I could barely sleep because of the old smell of the room.

Terrible service, the room that they had reserved for us was out of order. We had to go to anotherother hotel after 30min waiting for them trying open the door and fix the bathroom.

I came in very late. The desk manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was decent. The desk chair was extremely worn and uncomfortable. Not what I expected for the price of the room. The TV was also lacking. It was very small and the remote did not allow for changing the input.

Positive: Very quiet clean and the staff is out going and very friendly they go above & beyond to meet your needs all you have to do is ask. I absolutely love the patio in the rooms so you can sit out side and enjoy the sun and fresh air its beautiful there. Negative: No they supply all your needs except food right now because of the covid19 but they do supply coffee in the rooms plus for breakfast they give you a brown bag with a fruit a muffin a bottle water they are great😄😘

The team at this Marriott were very nice and Hospital. It felt very safe with their COVID protocols and they had very good structure to use and sanitation of the gym facilities. Even took the few minutes to brew a fresh pot us coffee when the breakfast had been long over.

Great hotel. Had to stay here for a business trip. It was clean, friendly staff and overall a great experience. The train station was a bit far though but it was still cheap to take an uber. From the station you could go to the city which was also a pretty cool experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to be in the Arlington Heights area

The hotel is good. What we dont like is they did not give us the room what they promised. We booked a room for four people with two queen beds and one double bed sofa. But the double bed sofa was not there. And they said it is some kind problem with website. Except this, we did not have any problem. The staffs were good. The food is okay. The check in and check out is hassle free. Also there are gym or chairs outside in case you want to sit outside. The room has coffee maker, mini fridge and safe Overall it is a nice place.

This is the cleanest hotel near my work for when I travel. Nice enough and well priced. However their TV service is terrible. I feel like its bunny ears on the TV set. Been that way every time I visit which is 6+ times. Nice breakfast options in the AM.

You couldnt find a better hotel!! The price for our room was perfect! The hotel is clean, stylish and the staff are amazing!! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember! If you want the best place possible for your money, dont look anywhere else!!

Didnt spend much time in the hotel, just spent one night. Its located in an odd location kind of far from anything within walking distance. It does have a small bar /restaurant but I didnt get anything. They also had complimentary breakfast. Front desk staff was friendly and rooms were clean. No complaints, turned out as expected.

Room was clean and nice. We were there for a wedding and had a group with a complementary breakfast but we didnt get it because the required number of rooms was short, no one informed anyone until it was time for breakfast so other plans had to be made. Quite disappointing.

This has to be the worst hotel In the history of hotels! If I could, I would give them no stars! This is what happens when you check in a room at 3:00am with your family and check out at 8:00am with the initial charge of $100 (you can’t do anything but sleep between those hours) no damages nor was anything used in the room as far as the water etc. I knew I shouldn’t have trusted this place from the shandy characters that was working at the facility. Stay fat away from this place! They’re ripping people off by thinking that people won’t check their back account after staying here!

I travel a lot. I am platinum or diamond on just about every reward program. That is supposed to entitle you to certain amenities. First is mobile check in. I travel late. Many times I may not get in until 2 or 3 in the morning. When I do that I check in from my mobile device. I did. Long story short they gave my 1 bedroom room away. So when I showed up at 6am it was not available. I was told I was marked as a no show. The excuse was that they do not have mobile key cards. I asked if they can see if I checked in and they said yes. My response was your property dropped the ball. The operation manager said she would give me some points. So I was not going to get my points for the night I paid for along with not getting my room I paid for. But she did give me points before I left.When I checked in I signed up for the green program which means you skip housekeeping and get points. Lo and behold, I had housekeeping which probably means no points.The most disturbing thing is the Customer Service. I have stayed 75 nights which means I am a Titanium member. I travel very casual. I wear a baseball cap, shorts or sweat suits. Very laid back yet I spend a lot of money with Marriott. Not one time in my 3 days has ANY of the front desk people bothered to lift their head and say hello. Even after I shook my head and laughed. I purposely followed one gentlemen in who had pants and a button up shirt on. They automatically acknowledged him, and still did not look in my direction.So in conclusion, if you are not the traditional business looking person and expect common curiosity, this is not the place for you.Besides all of that this the place is dated but they seem to be working on upgrading it.I have just had a not good experience.

This place is clean, decently priced, has a Starbucks inside too. Downside no breakfast. But it is centrally located.

Cable TV set up was kind of annoying not having a guide or info option. However, the friendly staff & easy check in process made up for it. Debbie on the overnight front desk shift was AMAZING and very accommodating!

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The room was plenty spacious and the king-size bed was comfortable. Its small things that make it 4 stars rather than 5. My toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle just right. The iron was missing a piece and spilled water unless you moved very slowly. The remote was very unresponsive.

Most amazing thing i ever been to! the swimming pool for starters was warm and soothing and relaxing the hot tub was excellent turning how long you want the bubbles and massage is great. the breakfast is delicious and well cooked many many options including fruits and vegetables. i love the wallpaper it just makes u feel calm and peaceful. those are just a couple of things i love about that hotel, although i could keep going on about the Marriott hotel,looking for a hotel go there for sure.

Beyond Excellent!The staff was spot on, very clean room, very nice pool. The bistro was welcoming and staffed well. There is one standout young man who works the desk and the bistro. Friendly, intelligent and very focused on the guests. If you met him once youd never forget him. He deserves a raise and a generous tip.Even if I were just passing through Chicago Id take a detour just to stay with these folks.

The room was nice, better than most other hotel chains. Bed was extremely comfortable and easy to fall asleep. Air conditioner worked well and definitely kept us cool in the summer heat. I would stay again.

Front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The food at the bar/restaurant was above average, yet slightly overpriced. They had a small selection of good beers. The room was clean and comfortable. Its located near a variety of restaurants for all but every taste.

The room and location was fine. Everything was clean. The service packed a bit. We asked for a crib for the baby twice, and it never came. The pool was too cold to swim in, this was in August. They dont do a typical continental breakfast. You pay extra on your ticket for an order of breakfast in the morning, which was a weird setup, but it was good food.

Good location to get to about everything in the area. Also great service by the entire staff. Love their rooms, especially the mattress and pillows.

Pretty typical courtyard hotel. This hotel is larger than some other courtyards in the area. Definitely not the best customer service I’ve ever received but it could have been worse. Hotel was worth the amount paid if your in the area. It was clean and comfortable.

It is near to the company campus. The rooms are very good. They have a lot of parking places, a gym and a small pool. The breakfast is excellent and the service has a very good quality. The people that work at the hotel are very nice.

I never experienced such a great staff. They treated me like I was their own guest . They even helped me get to a wedding on time. I would recommend going here again. My only negative note, the bistro is not worth the time. I didnt ding my stat because how awesome the services was here.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in the suburbs of Chicago. Each king room comes with a small, yet private balcony. In addition to the standard hotel amenities (pool, fitness center, free wifi) the bistro down in the lobby area has a wide variety of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Furthermore, these meals can be purchased & enjoyed at one of the many tables or sitting areas, or busier guests can order their food to-go. The staff here is also top-notch and very friendly.

Overall, my stay was excellent!!! The room was clean and very nicely decorated. There was also an indoor pool, fitness center and outdoor patio which I enjoyed. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that the room did not have a microwave and refrigerator. I requested both from the attendant, and he was able to provide the refrigerator (at no charge). I was able to use the microwave in the lobby area, which was an inconvenience, but nothing worth being upset about. I will definitely stay there again and just request both items prior to my arrival.

Stayed here while on business. Really nice hotel and a friendly staff. The food at the cafe was fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean and modern. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Overall the hotel aas quiet and relaxing. Only complaint I had was the remodeling that was going on in the rooms on either side of me. The paint fumes were a bit overwhelming one day.

Very nice rooms with a very clean hotel. Bottom floor has a sliding glass door to the parking lot. Breakfast is not free, they have a bistro with options averaging around 10 dollars a plate. But the lake next to the hotel is serene and despite being next to a freeway the locations was very quiet and secluded.We will be staying again

We have been here previously a few years ago. And have decided to return once more. Our last experience was pleasant and comfortable. Keep in mind they do not have breakfast but a fabulous Bistro, but it is quite pricey. We used the money we saved on the room (compared to nearby hotels) and went out for breakfast.

Rooms were modern, clean and nice. We had no issues. Hotel was very nice as well. Dont really have any complaints. Would recommend them.

Ive stayed at this hotel for many years and its simply tired. The remodeled lobby doesnt make up for the worn out rooms where the receptacles are so used that your phone charger falls out. Its not worth the price.

Being a tourist from the Bronx, I wasnt expecting this level of good service.We purchased some snacks from the gift shop, which was comped by the manager, a welcome surprise.In addition i left a bag in my room, and upon calling the hotel from the airport, they offered to ship it to my home free of charge.I was floored by this gesture, and will be returning upon my next trip to Chicago.

The Courtyard Hotel in Arlington Heights was clean and the staff was attentive. Upon our arrival, unfortunately we did need to wait for a front desk associate, however we only waited 5 minutes. Upon arriving at our room 10 minutes later, we discovered that our room key was not activated. Nothing substantial, but not the best first impression. The room was ready when we arrived, all seemed clean and well maintained.

I wasnt happy at this hotel. I had stayed here a couple of years ago and there was a hot tub. They took the hot tub out.The bed was comfortable, but the pillowswere not.
