Absolutely lovely staff, were able to fit me in incredibly last minute and gave me an excellent hydrafacial and a discount!

Do not waste your money, it is impossible to schedule appt, no one pick up a phones, no one respond to email or web requests. I paid for services and I cant even use them. They cancel me 3 time cuz they have staffing problems or simply no one wants to work there! Front desk person is very rude on the phone, she did not even apologize for short notice cancelation. BE AWARE of this place

The worst place I’ve ever been. I went 2 times. There is no result in Botox at all . Result is zero. It is wasting of time and money. Full scam! Don’t recommend! You will get just bruises, nothing more 👎

I came in for an IPl and everyone was so helpful and the laser technician walked me through what the procedure would be like and how many sessions I would need to get the results I wanted. I cannot wait to go back for my 2nd session. I am already thinking about gettibg my facials done here, especially the hydrafacial!!!

My skin felt smooth and clean. My pores definitely shrunk which is what I was hoping for! The clinic was very clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

I was getting laser hair removal at another place and had a bad experience, tech did not listen and I ended up getting burned. I found Skinovatio and I will never go to a cheap shop again! Oneta has been wonderful. She is super knowledgeable and personable. She answered all my questions, gave me more info than I asked for and was professional. Even the other girls at the front desk ensured I was happy with what I was getting. I am excited to take on this journey with this amazing group!

All are knowledgeable and kind people whom are dedicated to giving you the best experience and product for whatever your needs may be. I travel over 20 miles just to stay with Skinovatio Medical Spa as I feel they go the extra mile for me, so I go he extra miles for them.

Groupon? Not worth saving $10, trust me! This business is incredibly poorly managed and incapable of booking and keeping appointments and communicating with customers. They have an online scheduling platform, they dont communicate to confirm the appointment. They have a phone, they dont answer it or take messages. They have email, they dont read it and respond. If you dont want to burn money and drive to an appointment that they wont honor, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They shouldnt be in business.

I have been going to this place for several months. Except I had an issue on an appointment schedule at the beginning, everyone there is so nice and helpful, especially Victoria. She explained very well to me before the procedure. My skin condition has improved so much.

The Botox was fine, the nurse practitioner was not. It was clear she has been trained to sell, sell, sell! When I asked her what it would cost to inject a hylauronic acid desolver into a dime size spot of filler, she said, $150? $200? $300? What is that? I got it fixed at another medspa for $50 dollars. I dont like people that try to take advantage of me.

My experience with this place isnt that good!! I do like the treatments they offer and work that girls who provide the services do BUT they are always late!! AlwaysI had my appointment today I should be first person !! I was on time and the lady was late 17 minutes!! I barely got to work on time !! It is ALWAYS l like that!! Once I was waiting 45 minutes. It would be acceptable from time to time but not EVERY timeI spent so much money here!! The service should be stepped up asap. I am very disappointed with my appointment today

Angela does amazing work. I got 2 syringes of filler in my lips👄 they look amazing. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back in a few months for more work. Whole staff is Amazing, so welcoming beautiful ladies inside and out and really make you feel comfortable and at home there. Could not recommend enough. 10 star

The only reason why I went there was Angelica. She was fantastic with injectables. Ive been getting botox for many years now and it is so important to find a person who knows what they are doing. Well Angelica knew. No droopy eye lids, perfect placement. Never had any issues. Till one day when they called to cancel my appointment because she was no longer there. Well thank God I found her at the different spa. Because I will follow her everywhere she goes. That woman has magic hands!Things have changed at New Laser Look spa. They used to have nice specials but this came to an end as well. And staff changes were just ridiculous. Always someone new. Actually glad she is no longer there because I dont have to drive there anymore.

The staffs are fantastic; they were extremely professional – they really take time with you to make sure that they provide proper service and what treatment that definitely suits for you. So far Ive been very pleased using New Look Laser for my IPL treatments due to the wonderful technician Oneta. Shes very passionate and eligible about her work and has worked with me to get the results from the IPL that I was looking for. In fact I purchase three more IPL is in a package to start working on more body locations.

Viktoriya is an excellent esthetician. And had enderomology sessions as well. Highly recommend her.

I bought a laser hair removal package and had a horrible experience. The aestheticians didn’t know the right setting for a client which resulted in poor/no results so I raised the concern to them but they just sounded like a broken record repeating the same thing over and over again “it’s gonna take time”. I knew how laser worked since this wasn’t my first time getting it done but their attitude made me feel completely hopeless UNTIL i went there for my last seating with their new staff member Oneta (she moved here from their other location) and she did an amazing job. I saw great results so i called them up and talked to Oneta and told her about my horrible experience with the previous aesthetician (I was very frustrated for having spent a hefty amount for nothing) and to my surprise she was very honest about the treatments not being done right originally which I truly appreciated since the person i was dealing with before just didn’t seem to or rather want to understand the problem. Oneta talked to her manager Ashley who is also new at this location and i spoke with her directly as well (she understood my problem at once) and they gave me satisfactory number of complementary treatments just to makeup for the screwup. I truly appreciate it since i was no longer their customer but they still heard me out and did their best to give me a better experience and that’s great customer service.I am so glad to have met Oneta. She is great at what she does. I recently went there for my first complementary treatment with her (they have a completely new staff) and i will stick to her.

The people that works here are just awful, they would speak on their language in front of customers. Don’t expect for them to greet you when you arrive. Do expect to wait for a least 45 min with no apologies, but be charged $25 for cancelations. I would not recommend this place.

I drive 3 hours from Decatur every three months to get botox here! I lived in schaumburg six years ago and have been making the commute ever since i moved back home! Best place ever!!

The Botox is watered down. Went in twice and 2 weeks later I could still make the same movement in my forehead and furrow that I did before Botox. I have been doing Botox for years Do NOT waste your money it’s a scam!

Ever since the new owners took over, this place has been fantastic. What an caring and friendly staff and they tailored the botox treatment to my needs and desires. The before and after results are amazing and will be coming back for more.When I came back in for a laser treatment they asked if I was pleased with my botox results. The are genuinely enthusiastic about making their customers look and feel great.

I bought a Groupon for botox and also bought an additional unit which was way cheaper than I could have purchased anywhere! The ladies working there are extremely pleasant and take the time to answer any questions I had. I even asked about some other procedures and they were explained very well. First of all I want to thank Christa Floros for helping me giving me back the confident on how I look. Thanks to her I feel pretty. She help me lose weight in less then a month. Which it was really difficult losing weight on my own . I try everything running, exercises, eating healthy even pills they always gave me headache but couldnt lose weight. I use to weight 189 now a cant even believe that I weight 150 and still losing weight. Thank you for making a difference in my life. Will definitely recommend Crista Floros. I paid $1,700 for a full coarse (6 sessions) of full body laser hair removal. This treatment guarantees at least 80% success rate. Towards the 6th treatment I told the technician that I don’t think the results I am seeing are close to 80% success rate. She told me that we will re-evaluate after the 6th treatment. After the 6th treatment my success rate was maybe 30% if not less. I tried to call new look laser and when they finally got back to me, the technitian said I’d be able to get another free session (which never happened). She said we would work out a date, ever since no one answers the phone and forwards the call straight to voice mail. I would NOT recommend anyone wasting their money in this place. Success rate, inaccurate. Custumer service, terrible. Even the technitian wanted to quit her job because of the management. Do not waste your money.

Everyone is friendly, prices are very reasonable, they take time to answer your questions and are happy to have you come in if you have any concerns with any procedure or treatments .I started off with a Groupon a few months ago and have already made my way there for a second visit.

I was referred into this place from IMS International Monetary Systems as they just joined the group. I called to ask what services they offer and they insisted I come in personally to discuss treatments available for me with one of their trained technicians. I agreed to come in the following day as I was leaving the country that week. I came in and was given several papers to fill out. I was waiting forever and after about 40 minutes I was asked to go into the conference room. A woman walked in and said so you are here for liposuction I was disgusted !!!! The documents I filled out mentioned I was interested in skin rejuvenation/or fillers. NOT LIPOSUCTION I asked her didnt you read all the papers I filled out? She said no... so I replied you just waisted my time to fill out all the papers!! She than began to give me cost of their facial/filler treatments. I told her I was going to use my IMS account to pay for services. She informed me they dont take it but she would give me a good price. Bait and Switch....COMPLETE DISRESPECT TO CUSTOMERS waisted hours of my time, How dare they bring me in with false advertising. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Bought a Groupon and unfortunately after getting a service there last Tuesday I have a horrible black eye. When I called they just told me to go buy some Arnica gel that hasnt helped at all. The lady did not ice me before service to lessen the chances of bleeding and getting a black eye. She was very rough and the needle looked thicker than at previous places Ive had injections. I will not be going back again!

Pretty sure they use watered down neurotoxin as Ive had two sessions and both times didnt get good or lasting results.

I heard my friend talking to the manager Kat about her experience, wow the manager was very rude, saying she makes rule even the customer was unhappy. What an attitude and rudeness. Horrible service, I had called to schedule a free consultation and asked if I was able to get treatment done that day as well and they said I could. When I got there the facility owner Kasha said It was impossible.They didnt want to help accommodate me with my busy schedule, obviously they dont care about customer service and said that they want upfront payment bc its a security for them. Such a waste of time and drive! Dont waste your time with this place!
