My right aid was not working and left making a cracking noise. I called into the Arlington office and got an appointment a hour later. The sub for the day figured it out and in 10 miles had them fixed. I then too time to contract the three yearagreement that I felt important to keep mr hearing in good shape.
The staff here are unbelievably kind & patient. I brought my grandfather here after many years of not being able to hear his family and interact with the world. He had frustrations with his prior hearing aid causing him not to use it at all. There staff here went above and beyond to make him comfortable and understand the directions needed for an evaluation. English is not his first language, yet they maneuvered the appointment so readily with him. Thank you endlessly!

Ms. Robinson, the audiologist, gives her personalized and caring expertise to all clients. So very happy to have found this location. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Excellent customer service from the front desk . Curtis gets 5 Gold stars from me. He explained everything thoroughly, with kindness and patience. Each visit was a very pleasant experience. My hearing aids have really helped a great deal. I would recommend this office to family and friends without hesitating.
Erin Robinson was very helpful in accessing my Dads hearing aids. She also provided valuable feedback on how to determine if he might benefit from further hearing interventions. She was very patient, thoroughly answered all my questions, and provided several hearing suggestions.

Would highly recommend.Update...still a patient probably closer to 12 years now, and still love the care Curtis and the team provide. Hearing loss is not an easy thing to work with and takes the patience that these folks provide.Update...With Erin stepping into the picture she had some big shoes to fill from Curtis. She has knocked it out of the park! She cares for her patients concerns and strives to find the best solutions for them.
As someone who has been wearing hearing aids for five years now, to switch to Curtis was a dream come true - options and ideas, consultative. The switch gave me access to more options and the ones he suggested have been a dream - smaller, more inside the canal and durable. I cant say enough good about Curtis Watson and his professionalism.

Disappointed, I visited the Arlington Heights location to look into the possibility of obtaining a hearing aid. I met with the Manager Curtis.After a few short questions i was told that the average cost of hearing aids was between $4 and $6 thousand . He questioned how much I thought they would cost and I stated around $1500. I realize I may have been a little naive as to the cost of hearing aids but what was disappointing is that I was asked was I prepared to pay that right now. When I said no I was advised that when I was, come back and they would then test my hearing and move forward.
