I recently completed my one-year lease with Boxer Property in Arlington Heights, and I must say that this was one of the most pleasant leasing experiences I have had. The leasing agent, Scott, and the property manager, Jeff, were always accommodating and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. The property was always well-maintained and clean. During the year there, Boxer invested in their space by improving the grounds with more greenery and a new blacktop. When I signed my lease, the office was fairly new and there werent many tenants. Now, there are so many new businesses coming in and it is great to see the space fill up.Pros:- On-site leasing agent and property manager- 24-hour access- Open and spacious parking lot- Nightly janitorial service- Clean facility- Friendly neighborsCons:- Fixed windows- Limited break areaI considered renewing my lease with Boxer, but due to the nature of my business, I had to look for a different space. All in all, everything went smoothly during my year there. All that is left is receiving my security deposit, which I do not foresee there being any issue.
