Over the last 15 years I have had the good fortune to know many true professionals including teachers, principals, counselors, professors, and psychologists.Of all the individuals, Dr. Philips by far is the one individual that I have the highest of regards for and simply cannot recommend her highly enough.There are simply no words to describe the work that she performs, day in and day out.Is it because of the family that drives down from Northern Wisconsin for her to work with their child?Maybe it was the serious concern and reservations that were faced going into a school meeting that was at a stalemate with a clients family, looking like due process and legal proceedings were inevitable, just to be presented such a strong case that the family end up getting everything that they had requested?
