Updating my review here. From five to one because of the parking ( US Space Force) for the disabled is being blocked occupied by this pallet mover. Excuse the subliminal message there if that’s what you want to call it. She’s still a baby of our Armed Forces and needs all the support from us Americans that she could get. I still have my unit wash membership here. They really need to get things in order here. I’ll return soon and if everything is a go I’ll update my review to five stars again, hooyah!!!

Very very very very very very friendly. Made sure we saved money on our soda. They made us laugh. Employees seem to get along really well. You dont usually think about having fun at a filling station. This is definitely an exception!

I dont think it is possible to overstate how well run this gas station is or what a credit it is to the BP brand or the operating owners. Andy and the night shift clerk (forgot gentlemens name) are hard working, gracious and sophisticated in the manner they safely manage a challenging late-night customer base. On multiple occasions, I witnessed the manager and shift manager handle distressed homeless customers by maintaining their dignity while protecting the stores interest/public safety. It is a challenging area late night with multiple motels nearby... etc. Finally, I dont have experience with the car wash... so I dont know whether their may be room for improvement with the wash maintenance but I would give them the benefit of the doubt if they have struggled during the covis crisis to keep it running right.

Bed, very bed customer service. Have a car wash contract for my two cars. Several times, not once, not twice, not even ten times but over twenty times within few months couldnt use car wash because it was closed for different reasons. When asked store clerk for credit or how they going to handle this issue he had no idea. No manager to handle or answer. Didnt say a thing and kept using them. Tonight at 10 pm sharp tried to drive in and was told to turn around even though there was one car in front of me getting into the car wash. What a great customer service. Like it would make any difference to them! Will be taking my business elsewhere since they dont care. Wont fuel my cars or company cars either.

The behavior of attendant in this gas station is very rude. He is an old Indian guy. Better choice? Don’t go this gas station unless you want some bad service with what you are paying for.

I don’t get gas here but I do stop into the Maverick for drinks and snacks. Everyone is very nice here, they’re always well staffed during the daytime and are all working on separate tasks, cleaning and refreshing. I’m glad they’re so close to my work.

Beware this place will steal your credit card info.

Why are your gas pumps always so slow? The express carwash is great and the only reason for the two stars.Edit: removed a star due to the frustratingly slow pumps... 9 months after the first review.

I stepped into the store and end up not finding water (non-refrigerated). Asked the cashier (male) about the same and he says with a rude tone ‘no!’. Picked up refrigerated water and on my way out saw cases of water bottles (non-refrigerated) at a corner. I understood how careless the cashier was and also not in a mood to argue, bought a case of water this time billed by a female cashier, who was nice!

Price listed on sign did not match price charged. Price per gallon with car was shows $2.17. We did pay for the car wash but were charged $2.27.

The gas station it self looks nice and clean, I purchased a car wash with the purchase of my gas, a bit pricey but I paid for it. Once on the car wash bay, all you have to do is input the code given on your receipt and just drive up. There was not attendant so it is just machine operated. Got my car cleaned and I was on my way. I have nothing bad to say or good that was over and above, it was an OK experience.

They have automatically charge some sort of contract and charged $17.99! It is a kind of fraud!!

This is one of the worst car washes I ever used. First, this spring while I got a car wash the machine scratched my car. I open a report with them, and I was promised someone would call me back. Nobody has ever called me back. Second incident, 2 weeks ago I used again after a long time and the brushes ripped the whole wiper including the bracket. I was told someone would call me back the next day after providing my info. Nobody did. I kept calling everyday, until someone called me. I was informed that I need 2 estimates in order for them to give me the money. I provided one and I was told that this would not be enough. We are talking about $48. My time spent on this estimate is worth much more than that. The manager is there only from 6-2, while everyone is at work. Now I need to spend another hour to go somewhere and get another estimate . I wish I could give negative stars, not 1 but the system would not allow me.

Worst.. Travelled all over ... Just the worst. No service. Nothing cooking. No hot. When asked, referred to the bp across the street. Thanks Laura for advising me to multi of other areas for services in other brands on better services for other servies regarding other companies. GN i guess.. If youre in a nearby hotel go elsewhere for food services for quality

It seems every gas station has a broken air pump. BP is my favorite by far, but why cant you dictate that every BP has an air pump? And a working one at that! Even better would be one that doesnt charge you a dollar...thanks for eating mine.

Came for gas and car wash. Got the gas paid for the car wash at the pump. Got to the car wash and red x is blinking. Had to go inside and wa it while they found out it wasnt working. Wouldnt give me money back for the car wash. Said I could come back for that. Had to go to another car wash. IF BP gas and wash isnt convenient than they dont get my business

Please listen,I havd purchsed the Naked fruit juice which got lot of varieties. One of the combinations of juice of this brand were expired in the months of January 2018 and March.05.2018.Still these expired juices are sold.I advice one and all to be cautious before buying the food products from here.British petroleum, You are not supoosed to sell the stale or expired food products.Here is the proof with picture.I informed to the cashier at desk and the staff should be diligent towards the food products they sell.Hope, you guys correct it.Thanks

This is a review of the car wash. On March 16th, a car got stuck at the end of the conveyor and caused a multiple car accident. The attendant was not paying attention. Horns were honking and the conveyor just kept going. The corporate never replied to the insurance companies and now people are out their hard earned money. I have included a picture of my car. Avoid this place at all cost!

I tried handing the cashier a $100 bill and he freaked out and said he didnt have change. I told him I wanted $60 in gas. So you dont have $40 in change? Nope. This is a huge gas station. I walked out and drove to the BP on Algonquin and Busse where they took my $100 without batting an eye. Im never going back there again.

Misleading advertisement for $3 car wash with fuel purchase. To get the $3 wash, you have to jump through hoops on the touch screen. The regular car wash is $6 with purchase. When I asked, the clerk copped a poor attitude, complete with a maddening smirk on his face. If this is any indication, then beware of Graham Enterprise, Inc.

I wish i coukd rate this place a no star review. I go in there at 11 oclock at night because i saw they were open 24 hours and immediately was told they were closed even though the doors were not locked and all their lights were on and was given a bs excuse why they couldnt help me. Is it seriously that hard to run a gas station? Im a Wisconsin boy and would not never run into this problem. Its places like this that make me hate the city.

Car wash is great (low car friendly) but the gas pumps are slow to respond if they work at all. Had to go across the street to Shell a few times because the pumps are locked up.

The carwash broke my mirror. When I went inside and told them, they told me that they dont cover anything on cars over 5 years old. Kinda ridiculous, especially considering that the carwash itself is obviously over 5 years old.
