Worked with Vanessa Adame at Arlington Nissan to purchase a used MINI Cooper Countryman and it was an efficient experience. Im a no-nonsense customer, straight-forward negotiator and have little patience for wasting time. Though I had to wade through all the usual dealership tactics - add-on fees, waiting around while the manager in the back room provided any price adjustments, Vanessa was adept at steering the sales process to a final agreement and she did her best to push the paperwork side of things for a speedy close. In this sellers market, Vanessa and the gang at Arlington Nissan are doing all they can to maximize their profits, as anyone would expect. But the team was pleasant and I feel I got a decent deal on a good car considering the challenges of the used car market.

I went to this dealership a few weeks ago. I called 2 hours before the visit to make sure that the car I am interested in is on the lot. The person on the phone assured me that this vehicle is available on the lot and not in the process of purchase.So I took the day off at work to drive to this dealership and test drive the car, talk about the price. I spent about 1-hour driving to the dealership and upon arrival, I found out from the salesperson that this vehicle was sold this morning. No apologies of any kind.I believe that this call and bait practice is something that this dealership earned a 1-star review.I dont care if all dealerships do that, whether tricks like this are common practice in this industry, I would not recommend contacting this dealership to my friends and family to avoid this kind of scam.I called another dealership the same day, visited the next day and test drove vehicle of the same trim. I recommend staying away from this dealership, as well as others that playing games and do not care about your time.

Went in to buy a new car last week, and it was such an easy and straightforward process. Zane and the team were great and helpful. No question went unanswered and the process felt like a breeze. Zane was great to work with and vary sincere!!

Note, this review is only about the appraisal service here.I received a kbb instant cash offer for $15.5k valid for 7 days. When I arrived, Bruce (who barely acknowledged me) took photos, test drove, and appraised my car. In his own words, it only needs tires. He then offered me 11k for the car and didnt even negotiate. This was an insulting offer and I left right away. FYI - I have a 2011 4runner with 146k miles. Its in very good condition, and a clean history. No issues with the car whatsoever, besides old tires... I would NOT recommend selling your used car here at all!!!I was able to find another dealer,30 min later, to offer me 14k after their appraisal and much better service.

The prices are showing on them website are fake (after multi discounts, so 95% of customers dont qualified), so you can expect a lot more to pay. In my situation it was ca. five grands. I was very disappointed because hate to be fishing like that.I give them one more star (instead of one) for nice welcoming .
