I had spoken to the person who is assigned to our account about something, and had mentioned that both my husband and I had made the Covid-19 move to working from home. A short while later, I got an email from her, indicating that she had gotten the rates revised on our automobile insurance policy to show that we are no longer driving as much, and it lowered our premium. Our home, auto and umbrella policies are all rolled into one, and the premium is automatically debited monthly from our checking account. Therefore, we see savings in that bill every month now, and when I reconcile my checkbook, I remember every month how great it was that she did that, and really unnecessary, as I hadnt asked, and truthfully? Id never have thought about it. But she knew, and she knew that it was some way to help, so she did it. See why we like them?Through the years, we have referred many people to them, all of whom are still with them. We not only trust them with our money, but with our hearts, as we send our favorite people their way.
