We are from Texas on a road trip to Bristol Tennessee, we had problems with our Ford Explorer, we were towed to the Ford dealership by Mr. Bunker, nicest guy ever!! My car wouldnt start and Beenes towing came in, quickly diagnosed the problem, and helped me get my car started so that I could make it to the local mechanics shop. They communicated efficiently when trying to locate my car amongst all of the students parked on campus and the man who helped me was friendly. Would recommend!

My car broke down and I was stranded at a truck stop. I called them and within 15 minutes Barry was there. He was a life saver and towed me to Hot Springs about an hour away. If your reading this Cameron, Barry is gold, and told us about the heart of gold that you have, especially during the winter storm. This is the company that you should use, honest business and good people.

I was stuck on the side of the interstate. Cody came to tow my car and went above and beyond to make sure I got my car to a place that would fix it. He even took me to a parts store. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation so much easier to get through.

Bunker was terrific! He rescued us from Amity after our VWs transmission blew, and he drive us safely home to Hot Springs without slipping one time on terribly icy roads. Highly Highly recommended!!!

Mike was a life saver! I had initially called another 24 hr service but didnt receive an answer. Im from out of state and was traveling through when I broke down. I called Beenes and Mike came and got us. He not only took my car to a shop but took us to a motel. What a life saver he was! Super guy and super service! Although it took an hour and half for them to get to me, this is due to the roadside assistance company I was using not giving them the correct location, I would highly recommend them! The gentleman that came to assist me was very nice and considerate of my safety. (We were on the side of the interstate) He changed my flat tire as quickly as he could and even added air to the tire he put on for me.

Amazing and friendly driver (Barry) who helped us out of an area we are unfamiliar with. He even helped us figure out what is wrong with our car and gave us some good laughs along the way.

Our driver was amazing. Very quick response time despite it being NYE. We are from out of town and he generously towed the car and drove us to our hotel and let us unload our stuff before towing the car to the dealership. Would definitely recommend.

Best towing company I have ever came into contact with. Paul is awesome and a god send. If you need help or towed this is the place to call. Humble and amazing and a true godsend again thank you. Our family almost had a serious issue and Paul saved us again thank you for all you do and did.

If I could give a negative review I would. I have traveled all over the United States and this is by far the worst wrecker company I have ever been in contact with. They blew 2 of my tires in the towing process and proceeded to curse me and would not help in any way to replace them. They charged me $1000 for a 10 mile tow. If you are a over the road driver and not a native to this country stay away from Berne’s towing. Another tow company from this area came out after Berne’s was done and fixed my truck withIn 15mins and only charged a fraction of the cost with no hassle and they were very professional ..

We are a small towing company in Hot Springs AR. There is always one of those days, when no matter how hard you try you keep chasing your tail! Like we did today! Man these guys are the best, the wife and I were traveling through Arkansas on our way home to Louisiana and our truck broke down in Arkadelphia on the Interstate. I called up Beenes and the driver was there in no time, took our truck to a legit mechanic (of course it was late so the mechanic shop was closed). So we left it there overnight, by time i was up and had a cup of coffee the next morning my truck was fixed and ready to go... Thanks Beanes your a lifesaver...Thanks The Keene family.

Good Sam Roadside Assistance dispatched Beene Towing & Recovery to rescue us when our car was disabled by semi tire scraps on I-30 near Arkadelphia, Arkansas. They were prompt and did a wonderful job. Hope you never need similar rescue on I-30 in Southwest Arkansas, rest assured that Beenes Towing & Recovery can rescue you.

Driver was nice but they refuse to pay for damages done to your vehicle when their services are performed. WILL not use again. Guy that answered the phone was very very rude.

Had a blowout on a trailer tire on I-30. Scary situation on the shoulder of a busy interstate. DJ was there in minutes, and took care of everything quickly and professionally. Couldnt ask for more.

If youre expecting any form of politeness or professionalism from dispatcher or the driver good luck. I explained i needed a tow from my location on highway along with clear directions and landmarks and nearest exit; and when asked what was wrong i explained again. Dispatcher gave wrong information to driver saying needed a tire change off highway with no info. Driver proceeds to speak condescendingly to me for about 20 min past that. Wont even shake hand when thanking for help. Will never use again.

I had a blow out while driving on the interstate, I called several other places before I got to this one, and they all were not motivated to help or charged an arm and a leg for their services. I called and they came and got me, towed my vehicle, and was an all around probably 30 mile trip. It only cost me $90 at the end of it all. I will come to them every time if I ever have anither issue.

I was stranded and needed a tow to Cannonsautomotive shop. I called Beenes Towing and they had distpatched someone to my truck in a relatively quick time.I believe it was the owners son who towed my truck but I couldnt remember his name. He quickly got the truck on his flatbed and towed me to Cannons Auto. The guy was friendly and easy to talk to and charged me a fair price for the tow.All in all, getting stranded on a lengthy road trip sucks!!! But Beenes professionalism and friendliness made the headache a lot less painful than it couldve been.Thank you Beenes Towing for great service.-Jaime

I would like to start this post by saying if I could give 0 stars, I would. Scheduled a tow with this company after running out of gas on 30 West. Then called my insurance company who it turns out was able to set up transportation for a service to bring gas to my car. Called Beene’s to let them know that I was no longer in need of their services because my insurance company was sending someone with gas, but thanked them for their time. They called me back not a minute later, yelling stating “you called me and cancelled your service, your insurance company called me telling me you need gas, I told them you cancelled, so now you’re stuck on the side of the highway with no gas, good luck sweetheart” and he hung up the phone. I thought this was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My insurance company did not tell me that this same towing company would be the one bringing the gas, and instead of the employee explaining to me that he was called to deliver gas and asking if I wanted to just cancel the tow and keep the gas services, he freaked out on me and hung up without letting me respond. My insurance company ended up scheduling us fuel delivery with another towing service, Prescott Automotive LLC, who I would recommend 1000000x over, and especially would recommend them over the rude employees from Beene’s. My initial interaction with Beene’s was them telling me how far away they were from my location and how long it would take them to get to me, it was like I was inconveniencing them for asking them to do their job. Oh well, I will not making the mistake of calling them again. Moral of the story, do not waste your time with this company!

Speedy, courteous and well priced

If I could give no stars, I would. I was on my way to Memphis when I got a flat. I contacted Beene’s Towing. What a mistake! The tow truck driver arrived and refused to change my flat. He then expected me to pay him $250 for a service he didn’t perform. I refused. He contacted the police. The Arkadelphia police department and the tow truck driver treated me with disrespect. They both displayed a dislike for black people. I was forced by the police to pay for a service that I didn’t receive. If you are black DO NOT contact this towing company nor the police.
