Good selection of items, but in a lot of cases you’ll have to order the item you need, still a great place for fixing or accessorizing your vehicle.

Not sure of the expertise of their employees. Werent super excited to help with a battery exchange because of impending rain. Ended up using their tools but doing the work myself

Fiancé had a maint. Req. Light on her dash. Used Auto Zones OBS code reader, and found out the wonderful men at Walmart tire and lube forgot to reset the oil life when changing her oil. AutoZone got us fixed up!

This young lady went so above and beyond her call of duty - Karrigan was the most outstanding employee I have ever encountered here and I have been an Autozone customer for 17 years. Not only did she not become irritated with my lack of knowledge, but was genuinely kind and smiled the whole time. If she wouldve let me, I wouldve washed her car every week for a year!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. While traveling through we had car trouble and they did a computer diagnosis and recommended a mechanic. We got on the road within 2 hrs of stopping. Kudos to the Arkadelphia Auto Zone Team!

Showed up one morning after getting my truck jumped to have my battery checked to see if it was good. Whelp, the employee came out to check but didnt know how to use it. Asked for me to go across the street to OReillys. So thankful that I did gave me a great deal.

Service was terrible phone was ringing off the hook nobody answered it stood in line forever to get checked out one cashier

Some time they have what you need and when I go in to purchase an item they have to order it and I have to wait til the next day to get it
