I would highly recommend anyone looking for tax help to turn to the Arkadelphia H&R Block location. My husband I needed some help filing our taxes for this year between becoming homeowners, starting a new job, and beginning graduate school since the last tax season. Steve was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. He and the rest of the team at the Arkadelphia location made the entire process smooth and painless, resulting in a quick turn around time for our refund.

The Arkadelphia location of H&R Block is great. They are very attentive and professional. They make tax season bearable. We are thankful to have them handling our taxes and will continue to do so for years to come!

Because Lois Williams usually does my taxes but, she was at another office. So, Mr. Hatley did my taxes for her. I still got my family and friend credit cause he was nice enough to ask her for her info so she was able to still get the credit for doing my taxes. I thought he was nice to do that.

Sandra Ankton is the best. She has such a pleasant personality and is extremely knowledgeable. We always look forward to visiting with her during tax season.

He answered every question I had and is a very positive and very professional. I will revisit you next tax season and will ask for Frederick by name next time as I was very impressed with how well he knew the process and software to ensure my tax return was filed. I cant say enough about this employee of yours and he represents H&R Block in a very professional manor. I will make an appointment next year with H&R Block to get Mr. Hatley to help process my tax returns in the future. He was more than courteous and professional in helping me file my tax return.

Tried scamming a senior couple out of $50 saying they needed to file taxes to get a stimulus check even though the IRS says no along with Social Security stating they didnt have to file. How low.
