Arkadelphia (Clark county) is the only DHS that ever actually answers the phone or my questions.They are always willing to help, and point me in the right direction.

Rudest people Ive ever encountered in Arkadelphia. They sure dont care about you. I know they see lots of people and hear lots of complaints but still show respect and be courteous.

Went in to speak to Mrs. Dooley & even though she was in the receptionist would not allow me to speak to her. What is the point of having an advisory assigned if you are not allowed to speak with them.
