I ordered my tires online and saved 75 dollars over a competitor. Counter help was helpful and friendly. Walmart will check your tire pressure and adjust it after the sale which I really appreciate

Front new tires. Theyre waiting area could be a lot better. But I had a Tire Tech by the name of Victor and he was fabulous. Young kid but I really liked him.

I always come here to get my tires filled up and any little things like battery changes, and I always appreciate how patient and kind they are. A sweet tech named Raymond aired up my tires without any hesitation in the cold rain right before close, and I’m real grateful for them!

Extremely helpful! Family and I made it to the Auto Center at 6:40pm and we asked if they would still do an oil change. With no hesitation they said yes, well do it. A complete blessing.

Called yesterday for a quote on having a set of 4 tires mounted and balanced, and I was told it would be $48 even. When I arrived today to have the work done the gentlemen behind the counter told me my total was $88. Not certian what kind of business they are running here, but if you cant honor your quoted price thats SORRY! I will not be back!!!

They refused to honor the warranty on my battery after going back on three separate occasions after my car died. I just got the battery last nonth. They also lost my keys and seemed very nonchalant about it, Roger was especially rude, and I hope I never have to go back.

Handled me great for my needs to get bacl on the road.

Visited today 1/17/19, no line at oil changePulled up parked in the lane. Stood there for 10 minutes, no attendants. Only one car in the service bay, one at tires. Called for help, no reply, went to the payment counter, person busy with 3 customers, didnt make eye contact with me. After 15 min of being ignored, I backed up and left. Too bad Google doesnt have negative stars, this would be a minus 4.

Went in for balance. Left with only two lug hubs and uneven air to drive four hours home. They pulled the tape. Couldve just called me a fkn liar.

Came off the road with a flat at 4am in the morning! Garage tire services opened at 7am these guys had me in by 7:02 they took care of business like that!! You guys kick ass..

I came in with low pressure warning light on in my car. I kindly tell the worker what was going on went in did some shopping and then waited over an hour before I asked if everything was ok. The guy said they have not even touched my car yet, they did not have alot of cars and some of the workers were just sitting around Im fuming mad!

They get you to buy tires here and even with a lifetime warranty refuse to ever honor it.. They just put blame on your vehicle and waste your time and money. And refuse to even touch your car. SCAMMERS!

Jonathon, with the meth looking teeth, told us that our car needed the transmission checked out because it was skipping in 4th and 5th gear. I asked how he knew this when it never got out of first gear. He just walked away was very rude. He also said the motor was bad because he changed the oil and said it looked just as dirty after it was changed as when he was changed before. Beware of Arkadelphia oil and lube!

No one ever helped me. Had to go to the front of the store. Lots of associates in the back by the cars.
