Lots of People are learning about the true character of Automo Bills Inc.First of all, Bills is not an incorporated business, but only a sole-proprietorship. The Arkansas Secretary of States corporations search website shows that the corporate franchise for AUTOMO BILLS has been REVOKED. Wherefore, the owners cannot lawfully claim to be an incorporated business and are further exposing themselves to personal liability for the damage they may cause to customer vehicles.The owner, William Bill Rogers, attempted to proselytize the customer, asking her to join his church, told her she was pretty and, with a smile like that, youre gonna get a good deal, then took a 100 dollar deposit for a diagnosis on a minor battery drain problem.Thereafter, staff miscommunicated the hours of operation, kept an Acura TL for five calendar days with no repair, misdiagnosed a minor electrical problem with the Acura, stating that the under-dash fusebox would need to be replaced due to shortages in the wiring, never provided a written estimate or received customer authorization to perform the work, severely damaged the wiring harness on the Acura during the misdiagnosis, cracked a plastic interior panel, lost under-hood and interior fasteners, tore the leather drivers seat cover, got grease and dirt on the seat, steering wheel, dashboard and windshield interior, requested an additional 400 dollars in order to complete the repair to the wiring damage they apparently caused, stated that the vehicle would have to go to the Honda dealership even after Automo Bills replaced the fusebox, refused to discuss the prior botched repair efforts with a new repair technician, ridiculously threatened a libel and slander lawsuit for publishing this, the truth, fervently denied causing the wiring damage, falsely claiming that the customer had no proof of the damage, and then refused to return the 100 dollar deposit.After repairing the wiring harness damaged caused by Automo Bills, the original customer complaint of a battery drain was promptly and easily diagnosed by a new technician to the Handsfree Link Module not turning off after the car was parked for the evening. This is a common problem known to Honda and published through its technical service bulletins. Disconnecting the electrical connector to the Handsfree module stopped the battery drain, quickly and easily remedying the original battery drain problem.The pictures posted alongside this review show the wiring harness after it was correctly repaired by another technician and the broken interior panel.Automo Bills took 100 dollars from the customer, misdiagnosed the battery drain problem, caused additional damage to the customers vehicle, and refused to return the 100 dollars. The owner, mechanic and secretary jointly and severally proved incompetent and grossly negligent.I DO NOT RECOMMEND AUTOMO BILLS FOR ANY CAR REPAIR SERVICES.Take your car or truck elsewhere for service.

Automobills saved us from a disastrous misadventure! We were heading up to Little Rock from the Dallas area for a friends birthday dinner on Saturday (which was intended to be just a day-trip) when our car started quitting on us and went into limp mode just outside of Arkadelphia. We managed to hobble over to a hotel after finding out that no repair shops around would be open until Monday. My husband tried to fix what we originally thought and hoped was the problem himself on Monday afternoon after the part needed came into OReillys, but it did not fix our issue. So that evening, he called around, and we were referred to Automobills. We scooted over there and they told us they would look at our car first thing in the morning (we got there a little before closing). Then Janice helped us get to the hotel (and also got us back when our car was done). They found the problem and got us fixed and on the road by lunchtime on Tuesday! (It turned out to be due to negligence from the oil change we got before our trip started.) Their professionalism and hospitality was phenomenal and sure sets the bar high for anywhere we go to for repairs in the future! Thank you, Automobills!

If you are a good mechanic in Arkadelphia, it takes exactly ten minutes for the news to make it across town. AutomoBill is a very good mechanic, but this is not news. The news is that Denise, his wife and able service writer, runs one of the most pleasant offices connected with a mechanic shop ANYWHERE. You can sit in a chair, write a check on the counter, or touch any surface with no worries of something clinging to you. There is only the faintest odor of tires, lubricant or fuel. BTW, I acquired a 2006 Subaru Baja that needed extensive work. Bill did a wonderful job. Maybe some other folks would, too, but knowing what I just told you, where would you take your car?

Janice and Bill went far above and beyond with my repairs. I can’t thank them and their team enough for making the repairs in the time frame that I needed. No matter what your needs are, make sure Automobills is your first call!

We took our explore to this business to get ball joint. They fix it but they used very cheap parts and within 5 months the part failed and the joints start squeaking all over again. When I told the owner about it. He told if it get louder bring it back then. I Happily took my vehicle to the Ford place and never had this issue again. Take it somewhere else for real!!!!

While traveling from Texas to hot springs this week, we found ourselves in a pickle with the brakes on my car. I immediately pulled over and called the first mechanic that I saw on Google...Automobills.. I couldnt be more thankful that a randomly selected mechanic shop turned out to be such a great choice! I was worried about cost but was pleasantly surprised at what I paid for my front brakes and rotors. And it wasnt just reasonable cost..I mean it was still a chunk of change to shell out when on vacation.. It was the fact that everyone seemed so friendly and treated us like family, that I honestly thought man, I aint even mad Im having to pay out this money.. It couldnt go to better people! ..I think the whole thing took around 1.5 hrs.. Another surprise as our vacation was only 3 days long we didnt have much time to spare. To wrap up here, it was the best experience I couldve hoped for going into a shop in a town I know nothing about. Highly recommend!

A Great Shop!A delightful lady took our call, so helpful and kind. Then Bill came out, a few minutes after we got there to help us with our older vehicles. Not many people know how to trim a carburetor correctly today. Thanks Bill, for helping strangers, who were just passing through!

I did not get good service at automobills. They couldnt fix my truck . They failed to check rear differential, which was low 3 quarts. Wheel bearings would have burnt up had I not checked it. I just checked with Toyota and I was overcharged $250.00 on door latch parts and install. I would not go to automobills

Friendly people and reasonable prices. Ive had multiple repairs done here they always make sure to get the job done right within a reasonable time. They can give you price estimates before anything is done, so there is no nasty surprises. Very patient and will work with you.

I broke down several months ago 500 miles from home on my way up North. I had my van towed to Bills and they started working on it right away. The water pump had gone out. Everyone was very nice, the work was excellent and prices were very reasonable. I was very pleased with the results and I was quite surprised that my van was running and back on the road that very same day.

On a family trip from Houston to Michigan, our car started overheating. We took it to Bill, who was able to help us out and get us back on the road to continue our vacation. He and his receptionist were friendly with our kids, offered us cold water, and brought out multiple coloring books while we passed the time. He did an awesome job and we were back on the road in about an hour.

As far as I am concerned, this is the best mechanic in Arkadelphia. I have been to all others and have found no comparison to Automo Bills quality work or their very friendly customer service. I dare you to find one better!

The lady at the front desk has no clue what she is doing, I dont understand how she even landed the job! Mechanics dont communicate with each other.
