We recently moved to Arkadelphia. Ive had State Farm insurance for decades. My former Little Rock agent retired and a new agent took over his business. The new agent and his people were not honest about my coverage and let some of my policies lapse, resulting in a large under . Granted I forgot to pay the premium, but my former agent spoiled me because they would call me before it lapsed and remind me.After the move I checked into the Winfield agency to be my new agent. They are marvelous!! Reminds me of my agent who retired in terms of service. No complaints at all. Use them and relax!

Very poor, if i could only give less then a star. we where customers for 15 or so years we decided to cancel to go to usaa auto insurance so we called up our state farm to cancel 5 a few weeks before our due date. they still charged our bank account $181.41 then a month later sent us a check for $79.86. they said its because our polices had different starting dates but... when we brought our cars we ALWAYS had to back pay a month in advance to get insurance. I personally think St FARM is just a rip off in general!! I WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING STATE FARM, AND I HOPE YOU LOOK ELSE WHERE LIKE USAA, FARMERS INSURANCE OR ANYTHING BUT START FARM!!!!!
