I went to look for offers but they only apply to new clients, not to existing clients although I am without a prepaid contract

Worst service! The employee Jenifer must look for another job that does not have to talk to clients. After they send me to this AT & T to find my new equipment because the first one I went the team passed the tests for warranty but they did not have more, they tell me that they do not have the same system so they can not change it. AT & T put the same system in place and teach employees to be helpful.
