Also. their estimator spent more time assessing job scope than the other contractors. so i felt confident in the proposal. They moved my install date up. had a large crew. and completed the work in one day. Very thorough clean up. Very satisfied.

I have used Jim Miller Roofing twice. Once to install a roof on my parents house and then, a year later, mine. I found the experience fantastic. They completed the entire roof (both times) in one day; a quality manager was on site the first day and then returned the second to answer any questions. Purchased a new home that was long over due for a new roof. I contacted Jim Miller Roofing and received a call, Paul came out the next day to climb up and inspect the roof for a quote. The quote was emailed to me two days later. Price was reasonable for a full tear off down to the tongue and groove with a few sheets of plywood needing to be replaced and install of their roof package. Install was scheduled for two days after closing. Roof was completed in one day, they cleaned up and left my yard looking as it did before they arrived. Nicole the Office Manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a problem getting our payment processed and she went above and beyond to help get it resolved including calling the card issuer directly since I was at work and couldn’t. She responded to all of my emails and questions very promptly and was always polite and accommodating.

May be it happen to me cause Im minority. I have a single home in Media, PA, It need a whole roof replace. Call Jimmys Roofing for an estimate.- A young girl took my information and said sell team will contact me.- Three (3) days later no one contact me yet. I call Jimmys Roofing again. Same girl who talk to me the other day She laughing (Not the polite way) and said: hang tie this thing not happen right a way.Now is over 2 weeks no one reach out to me!!!!!!

I used Jim Miller Roofing to replace a 25 year old (very large) roof in my Wynnewood home. I have to say that I have never worked with a more professional, hardworking, clean, organized and efficient team. They came when they promised, worked hard, cleaned up and did a superior job. It looks brilliant and was a done at a highly competitive price. I added gutter guards at the end of the job, and that price was fair too. I wish all contractors were like this!

Everything about this experience from start to finish was handled professionally and exceeded expectations. If youve ever experienced a project like this you know it can be daunting. They made it a whole lot less so.

I recently had the stucco redone on my home which required most of the soffit, facia, trim and gutters to be removed. I received numerous estimates to have the soffit, facia, trim and gutters replaced. Many companies promised estimates and never came through, some took my down payment and then later could not do the job and others had ridiculous estimates. Jim Miller Roofing provided me an estimate and when they could not complete by winter, Jim Miller contacted me directly. I contacted them again in the fall, they came out timely and gave me a fair estimate, used the colors and manufacturer I wanted and did the installation timely. All open items were addressed timely because the project manager was on site each day. The crew worked hard and it became apparent as to why the other companies were not qualified to do the work. I strongly recommend Jim Miller Roofing. Thank you for a job well done! My home is beautiful!

If you had repairs done by this outfit you need to get an inspection done.They love to cut corners. They also hire Illegals from N. Jersey taking work away from the locals.

Terribly disappointed. Had a huge leak in a sky light in our master bathroom. The water was rushing in. We called late December and were told they could come out right after the holidays in around a week. In 2 weeks, never heard from them. Called back, was told we get added to a list with no time estimate when we will be called. Called back again when the leak got worse. We were patched through to speak to another employee there and got voicemail. Never got a call back. Today is March 2, 2019. Still no call. We called another company who has already handled the leak in a great manner and made us a priority. The front office is unorganized and horrible with communication. I would not recommend this company based on our experience. We took our $6,000 business elsewhere

After this most recent snow we discovered that there was a hole in our roof caused by a falling limb. Jim Miller contacted us right after we called and said his men would be out in about half an hour. They arrived on time and were very professional. They got about their business right away and completed the job in about an hour. Jeremy, who was the lead person, showed us a picture of the 4 inch hole on our flat roof. The leaking stopped (except for some residual water) almost immediately. My wife and I were very happy with the work they did. we would recommend Jim Miller Roofing to anyone who has a a need for roofing problems. The price was more than reasonable, as promised by Jim himself. Great job!!
